  1. Pretty certain this is Wave 6 and the second wave mentioned is 7.
  2. If Ferro and "clean" Bishop don't get released in some way I would be very upset and disappointed. It would be one thing if we only got the "main" cast (Ripley, Hicks, Hudson, Alien) and none of the secondary Marines. But DST has done a fantastic job of releasing not just the "names" but the background guys too. It would be a damn shame to get this far and come up short 2 characters out of a cast of over a dozen. Even if the dropships don't happen I want to see the team completed.
  3. Ferro with dropship #1 and clean Bishop with dropship #2. And I'm down for as many as I can afford. I've wanted a dropship toy for decades.
  4. Dressed like Hogun and Fandral. So glad I picked up a couple pirate ships from Lukes. If we don't get one from this line I'll have one to paint up like the Pearl.
  5. Dare we hope for a Masters of the Universe line? Or do we still think Mattel is going to do something in their Mega Bloks/Construx line with He-Man and company?
  6. Engineers, if they happen, would most likely just use torso extensions like Groot. Maybe with a larger torso cap and the bulky arm add ons.
  7. I don't need the black uniform Turtles but those samurai have got to happen.
  8. Zach posted a carded sample of the 4th box set on Instagram. Should be hitting soon.
  9. Too early to start speculating on a Black Pearl? I'll be very disappointed if there isn't a Jack the undead monkey accessory. VERY disappointed.
  10. How many hounds were in the movie? Three? I haven't watched it in a while. Whatever the number is I don't need any more than that plus one for possible future customizing. Lambert, Isabelle, Anna, Poncho... man this line just keeps hitting all the right notes. Now, speculation on the TRU assortment? The info on actionfigureinsider says each of these 2-packs contains a figure not available anywhere else. I'd guess the Hound is going to TRU as well, just to make up some of the tooling costs. The others though... Anna is for sure exclusive to specialty. Lambert and Poncho and one of the Preds as the other carryovers? Or all the Preds are carryovers and we get some new humans and other Preds at TRU.
  11. Am I reading that correctly? The facehugger is part of the helmet?
  12. Like I said, they do it but not often. Mostly sword blades. I'll try to shoot some pictures of them and post them up soon. They are too cool not to have on display right away.
  13. I'm sorry, but Hobo Strange sounds like something you pay for under a bridge downtown. Oh, I'm not sure if I mentioned it or not, but I got the TRU Astral Strange set from Onyx so I'm good with this wave now.
  14. After sitting in my POL at BBTS for a few weeks, I finally received my DreamEx TMNT Shredder and Casey Jones. A few initial thoughts. First, these are fully licensed figures, which I did NOT know. They have the Nickelodeon and Viacom copyright and TM fine print on the box and everything. So that makes these even better in my book, and helps me digest the price point (which isn't bad for a 1/6 scale figure, just more than I'd pay for an unofficial one). Second, they both come with 1 metal accessory. Casey gets a metal baseball bat and Shredder has a metal sword. That's something that even Hot Toys doesn't do (at least very often). Third, these are great looking figures. I'm a little put off by the skin tone on Casey, but other than that I have no faults with the look of them. These are the 80's cartoon/toy designs, but done in a modern, realistic fashion. Shredder has his armor and purple cape and both head sculpts are amazing. I'm going to be looking for a second body and a purple and black ninja outfit to display the unmasked head. Casey looks just as good (skin tone aside). His mask is molded as part of the head but I don't recall him ever taking it off in the cartoon so I'm cool with it. The accessories are cool. Casey has enough sports equipment to really mess you up and Shredder has 3 large shurikens as well as his sword and sheath and a communicator with cartoon Kraang on it. At between $200-225 depending on the retailer, these are pricier than I'd like. But when you factor in that they are official, licensed figures and see how well done they are the price point gets a little easier to swallow. They are about the same as a comparable Hot Toys figure and I'm glad to have them in my collection. They'll look great on the shelf alongside movie Raph. I just need to get a couple Foot Soldiers to back up Shredder. EDIT: Also in the box from BBTS was my ThreeZero Master Chief. First thoughts after taking it out of the box... I'm glad I didn't pay full price for it.
  15. Bringing up Mega Man again. Saw something about Mega Man Legends trending on Twitter or something. Just a thought.
  16. I still need to put mine together. Looks great with 'mates though.
  17. Apes are NOT monkeys! ... sorry, that's a bit of a pet peeve of mine. Carry on.
  18. Not to go off topic, but Megabloks has some MMPR stuff out right now. I splurged on all of it. Its not great but its MMPR so...
  19. Kong of Skull Island, just because I need a badass gorilla Minimate.
  20. I'm pretty sure I've seen a Furiosa but I can't recall who is making it.
  21. I used that email address a few weeks ago and didn't have any issues getting a response. Its possible they were closed for the holiday or the person monitoring that email was out on vacation. You can always send a follow up.
  22. If you say his name three times he ruins another franchise.
  23. That was the "bonus" Secret Santa gift from me. I had Kris send it directly or I would have kept it for myself.
