  1. Hmm...so the box that Diamond shipped the dump case in was 544 of 1450, but on the bottom of the actual display its "_____ of 1600". Strange. ALSO: I bought a full case from my LCS (in the sealed shipping box) and I received 2 of Pvt. Wierzbowski and I am missing Crew Chief PVT. Spunkmeyer. Is this a DST customer service matter or should I take it up with my LCS?
  2. I don't see that. Maybe a dump case (Even though you technically shouldn't have two of the same Predator, I'd still be up for it).
  3. That's true, but I've always found the variations in Predators to be more visually interesting.
  4. As much as I want these (NOW!), I think my wallet will be content with waiting. Also glad to hear the license contains "Predators" as that opens up the possibility for more varied Predators.
  5. http://a.dilcdn.com/bl/wp-content/uploads/sites/6/2014/09/star-wars-1-joe-quesada-cover.jpg New Joe Quesada variant. It was also just announced today that Alex Ross and Skottie Young are also doing variants. Thoughts?
  6. I knew we'd get these at some point. Can't have Alien without Predator. Hopefully we'll get more solid information from the panel.
  7. Focus on humans first, as they'll be harder to get in the future.
  8. Nope Inhumans are safely with Marvel Studios. There is no reason they would cut them off.
  9. Well that is true, but as I stated Smith isn't the only one. Johns is playable too. Anyway let's get back to Minimates. The colored Clerks set looks great, and I can't wait to get the B&W version.
  10. No you didn't see Jack Kirby, but you did see Agent M, Alex Alonso, Joe Quesada, and Tom Brevroot.
  11. I don't think DST would make that many different colored (and ridiculous) versions of him. Just the good old orange and blue would do. I'd also love to see figures from some of his smodco properties.
  12. Oh they definitely will not. Kevin Smith is not "child-friendly" enough to make a LEGO figure of. I'd love to get a Minimate of him in his hockey jersey though.
  13. Kevin Smith is a HUGE Batman fan. He has even written a few Batman comics for DC. It seems like they're referencing the creative people that work on the comics because they just announced Geoff Johns will be playable too.
  14. I think another point of interest is how Chuck say they currently can't make Fantastic Four Marvel Select Figures and have no plans for Minimates from the new movie. Hmmm......
  15. OH! The classic chest block on the Sentinels just sold me on these! Yeah, I know it's a weird thing to sell a person on a whole series based on one piece.
  16. Huh...I was thinking it was a licensing thing this whole time. I could have sworn you mentioned something about that Zach. Oh well, it must have just been speculation from other members. Either way, I definitely agree that this license is the best for this blind-bagging. Kids love the characters, and parents love the cost of the figures. I always see families standing around feeling bags at my TRU. I just can't wait to get the official line-ups and plan my buying strategies.
  17. AAGGHH! I wish the flaming zombie was the figure in two sets.
  18. Yeah there are no more K-Marts in my area either (all closed up). The only Sears close to me is in a crappy mall. The store is a mess, but hopefully I can figure something out. I do enjoy the hunt, but I would much rather see these get a 2-pack release along with the blinds. (I'm not blaming DST for this. I know it was part of the license that it had to be this way...just saying).
  19. Still didn't get mine (dang UPS). What does the box look like on these? Is it the same as the B&W version?
  20. I would say anything with articulation is definitely a Minimate. "Figures" like Rocket and Snarf are accessories.
