I've gotten that same response. My worst experience was the customer service rep who told me that the SKU number was wrong. Me: (Give her a SKU number.) Her: That's not right. Me: ? (pause) this is the SKU number. Do you want me to read it again? Her: Our numbers are only six numbers long. Me: Um, are you sure? Can you ask someone else? Her: I know my store. Are you online? Me: ? What? Her: One moment... Me: (on hold for five minutes) Eventually I hang up.

Has anyone been by today? I know the coupon is expired, but are the sets still on clearance prices? Wave 18 never turned up in my region.

They have a second branch not too far away from me. I can swing by next week and see if they have more.

I don't know, Deathlok seems like it would be a fairly easy movie to pull off as a stand-alone story. He's kind of just a black RoboCop, only instead of a cop, he's an assassin/killing machine.

I've been frustrated and unable to find Wave 18 or the TRU Tomb Raider sets in Massachusetts. Today, however, I was happy to find select minimates on sale at my LCS for $4.99 each. "Force Field" Invisible Woman/Moloid Baron Zemo I/Nova Corps Centurion Cyborg Spiderman/Marvel's Songbird Battle Damaged Lara Croft/Armored Scavenger Lara Croft/Scavenger Scout Maybe my TRU will have Wave 18 on clearance tonight. Fingers crossed.

I tried two stores in Massachusetts, no luck on Wave 18 but found some good bargains so not a total loss. One store said they will get their next shipment of toys in tomorrow. So fingers crossed the sale is still in effect when I go back (and that Wave 18 hits).

I'm still optimistic that the villains will be good. We don't necessarily know what Zach meant by "NEW." Does that mean the only villains we will get have already appeared as minimates? Or does it mean no relatively new villians in the comics universe (opening the possibility to old villains who have never been made as minimates such as the Brotherhood)? Is it even a coy reference to the All-New X-Men, meaning we are getting a villain from one of the fifteen other X-Men comics out there? Besides I would love an updated Deathstrike or something like that.

Curious that the LCS sets feature Cap and robot Red Skull and bad guy Winter Soldier and the Falcon as two separate sets but TRU features one single set of the Cap and Falcon figures paired together. Has this happened before?

Very happy camper here! Got my present last night. Some great things, including some Universal Monster Mates, some Halo Mates, some candy canes, a Van Helsing DVD/Blu Ray and my favorite: a copy of the Minimate Theatre Holiday Spectacular. I've been tempted to buy Halo mates in the store, but always resisted. I have to say, these really look great. The Minimate Theatre comic book is wonderful to read in hard copy format. Been a big fan of the thread, but reading it in hand really shows off the quality and imagination that goes into setting these up. Plus, it was a heart warming story about a boy trying to connect with his father on Christmas with an equally heart warming story about the various Deadpools wanting to peep on the female Deadpool as she showered. I am guessing that DaveOMac is my Secret Santa and new best friend forever and ever. Thank you.
