The ways I sees it Sagat and Guile need the movie Hulk chest pieces just to keep in scale with the other characters. Sagat is over 7 feet tall (and after Alpha HUGE in terms of muscles) and Cammy is 5 foot (or under?) but because Cammy’s barrette and hair add mass she’s taller then Sagat as a minimate. Guile is more muscular then occasional partner for no real reason Chun-Li and his brother-in-law Ken and Ken’s hetro-lifemate Ryu, But because Ryu and Ken have sculpted Gis and Chun-Li’s got sculpted shoulders Guile is the slimmest in their group. I feel like they could have been handled like Expendables Stone Cold and given the Movie Hulk torso (and duck feet and Iron Fist gloves for Sagat) with matching tempos underneath so one could choice how bulky they wanted them. There’s no excuse for the non-Mega Raged Zangief we’re getting. I don’t know, maybe I’m nitpicking... but I will say Wave 2 (yes even Rufus, whom I hate) is so awesome I’m willing to let go my misgivings about Wave 1’s scale, I own paint and have amassed the parts I feel I need so I should just shut up and be thankful I’m getting 80% of the factory fresh Sagat I’ve wanted into of the 0% I had before. I don't think your nitpicking man, Guile and Sagat are big characters and deserve to be treated as such. I always think of Sagat as a balanced character but yeah his most recent appearance he's seriously bulked up, Guile should be bigger then Ryu, but I'm fine with a vanilla mate, as long as he has his trademark giant hair, thats the make it or break it piece for me. Are we getting a Dan figure? This would be a great reenactment

Would love to see some pictures of Akuma, especially if you've got the original Street Fighter 2 release.

From what I've heard and seen the quality control on the set is really subpar. Spider-Man's has weblines on his face, and his skin colors don't match up. Black Cat's skin tone doesn't even try to match. Dr. Octopus' tentacles fall out easily and Vulture's wings aren't colored right. I'm quite fond of Vulture and Dr. Octopus though.

I couldn't see Sagat or Guile using a powerhouse chest, they're muscular characters but aren't overtly huge like Haggar or M. Bison (post-Alpha) but on Zangief bulk is essential. Thats just my opinion though, I personally think Chun-Li from MvC3 wave 3 needs bigger thighs to be accurate.

That Wolfsbane figure still creeps me out, just really creepy looking, but the Warlock/Douglock was one of my favorites, the translucent plastic and sculpt was just so cool. Has anyone made any customs of Beta Flight? and does anyone think we'll get Minimates of the Great Beasts? I think we'll get a Wendigo eventually.

I really want one of those Heavy Metal 'mates, I don't think the Kickstarter will be funded though sadly, if I wasn't so busy trying to catch up on all the recent minimates I would pledge.

Whoa thats a great haul, and a lot of recent stuff to, the only minimates for sale in my area are SDCC preorders (don't know how that works since the ad is from August) Lets keep all requests to private messages.

I just picked up the Storm and Dormammu sets, Dormammu is seriously one of my favorite 'Mates.

Just went to a small convention in my hometown, only one seller had any Minimates but of the few he had I picked up: Storm and Jill, Dormmamu and Trish and Mr. Sinister and Nimrod for $20, I am so happy at the moment.

I would love to see Mandora the Evil Chaser, she's always been one of my favorite minor ThunderCats characters.

I remember seeing the Orion and Lightray pack at Toys R Us in December that blew my mind, but to see an Orion right on the pegs that is crazy.

There was a Lego boombox in Minifigs wave 3, with the rapper. If no one else has the accessory I'll take a picture once I get the set.

That hairpiece is really nice! I think I like the Champions Black Widow the best, but using Magik's head is a great idea as well.

Sorry for the thread necro but while packing I found my Aquaman 'mate, man what a cool looking little figure, from the sculpted fins on the boots, the awesome scales and chest design and gloves, he is easily my favorite DC Minimate.
