My mistake. I haven't noticed a stand-alone Sandman either. Do you know the case breakdown for him? I also find it peculiar that they give all their Spidermen the "balloon" heads, but I don't mind it as it does give them a distinctive look. . .and I like that the regular Marvel release has the suction cup on his hand. Of course, the Minimate Spidey blows him out of the water. That Venom is really disturbing, though. Sandman was apparently a 1:12 ratio figure .....& I don't believe it. I'm not sweating it because I have my... ..requirements....just making the point that it's not always the case(?) that the chases are the only rares! Further perspective is the 'rash' of Peter Parker Chases available

IMO 2003 blanks are hard work to find & expensive. Somebody has just paid $32 for a 2003 SDCC blue The most expensive & rarest will be the FCBD White......one day,eventually,perhaps.... ......possibly?

Sorry to be pedantic but I still haven't seen a 'single' Sandman for sale (by itself) anywhere!! The link Karamazov80 has given is for the basic set minus the chase. I still cannot 'like' the Kubrick Spider-Man(Men?) although the Goblin in this set is excellent.

Does anybody here know if SDCC passes are transferable ? There are numerous 4-day passes on ebay which say that they are transferable but can anybody confirm this?

These are ,if I remember rightly, are known as Starbricks(?) I don't feel that they can be classed as KOs but they aren't Medicom Kubricks...just articulated figures. I have explained elsewhere ,but you'll forgive me for repeating myself (age!) ,that Kubrick ,in Asia ,has become a generic term for any small action figure.

I have collected my entire Minimate collecton on-line . Without US ebay in particular it would have been impossible. Minimates are 'apparently' no longer retailed in Europe, although Forbidden Planet still advertise them, so it is unlikely that you'll find them in shops. I have mentioned 'Limited edition' before,I believe. Regarding your brother's experience ,I sympathise but it's unusual if the seller had reasonable feedback. I buy something off of ebay ever day & have only had a couple of bad deals, maybe I'm lucky? Hulk & Iron-Man? I know you probably mean that you want those particular versions but forthcoming waves will be awash with these characters. Try also the Have/Want threads here ,I can't believe there's not one or either on offer. Also check the For Sale thread but under no circumstances look at my post there because my prices are extortionate It's never been easy collecting Minimates esp. in GB but this place here is your best shot.
