I've given up hope on getting a Captain Britain. Having read the recent Marvel Captain Britain series even I can't remember why I want one! It is by far the most patronising crap that Marvel has churned out in ages. It conjures up the Olde England drivel that, I had hoped. had long-since been buried with the statutory London fogs & Dick Van Dyke cockney accents. Utter garbage.

I'm dying (?) to know which article from your arsenal is the most effective for this purpose? I would imagine it's the Bowie Knife , much-revered ,I believe ,in Texas.I personally prefer to use my broad-sword . Incidentally I hired a car from The Alamo once,Hertz were far too expensive.

This type of list always seems to be a nettle that no-one seems to grasp. One figure that would have to be in any list would be Phoenix ,the variant from X3 .

On a scale of 10 ......10.......... lists that tell us the rarity/scarcity of different minimates are rare.

I am all about wave 25 and trepedatious about 26 (because I can only piece out 2 characters from it) I'm much the same as you MOC ,25 is about all I can perceive. I'm confident of my choices for 25 & although my early (clue 1)Deadpool/'Weapon X' en-masse prediction isn't holding up The Furries are now coming to the fore. This was the character that wasn't on that 'polling-list' thingy. Mind you I could've made that up couldn't I?

Unfortunately IMO there isn't an on-line retailer who has their 'finger on the pulse' when it comes to Minimates. By now I have probably dealt with them all & whilst none can be considered dreadful there really isn't a consistent player. CSC ,used to be my star performer but they stock 'some' stuff & ship 'whenever'. BBTS are fine if you are an 'opener' but probably consider the term MIB to mean 'mashed in box'. Sci-Fi Genre is the site where you can order what you like & then patiently wait for the "Sorry out of stock" email. Stuckakid,to me, is an unknown quantity who ,I believe, is highly regarded but for me it is AFX that almost gets the thumbs up! Their shipping charges are legend,lately their inventory sucks but ,alas ,despite their faults, they are my #1.

I thought about giving 2nd & 3rd prizes & it may happen without diminishing the First Prize but I decided that the 'Scarlet Witch' pack would probably be regarded as the booby-prize. The amount of entries will effect the possibility of other prizes.

where is your villain? Good spot, i think if it is Fury he should have a Hydra or A.I.M agent as a villian amry builder but why another fury??? i mean the one we got is still pretty damn good. Ugh, is Friday here yet? Having the 'tooling' for Platoon & Sgt.Rock , Sgt.Fury would be a 'no-brainer' to produce!

So which army builder makes sense being packed with Marvel? I don't think that it will be Marvel. But who am I anyway and who says, that Luke's premise is right. If it is Captain Marvel packed with the army builder, it would make sense to have the army builder be a Kree soldier - after all, Marvel is Kree. Plus we're already getting Skrulls - with Kree soldiers you can make your own Kree / Skrull War. Then you could have a variant Captain Marvel (original Kree Army costume? Skrull version? His son Genis?), and everyone can get a second Kree soldier without buying duplicates. Variant: Noh-Varr Marvel Boy. It makes sense. And as for Superhero/Arch Enemy let's list some of the bigger, better, Hero/Villain relationships and asses each accordingly: Iron Man/Mandarin. Doubtful as I don't believe DST wants to burn us out on Iron Man just yet. We need a break from him. Spider-Man/Doc Ock or Green Goblin. Both villains great choices, though Goblin more likely. And DST likes Spidey so... Captain America/Red Skull. Likely as Cap is big in MU now with his new self and Avengers Invaders still going on. And Red Skull has yet to be made so yeah. Possible Mr. Fantastic/Doctor Doom. Not likely as Mr. Fantastic could not carry a wave as the solo hero. Though we've not had a Doom in a while, this pack is at the bottom of the list for me. Thor/Loki Already been done. Lower than Mr. F and Doc Doom Hulk/Leader or Abomination. Recent Hulk wave and overuse of him plus recent use of Abomination makes this seem unlikely. Leader definately candidate for Gamma powered pack as is Rulk. Wolverine and Sabertooth. Well Wolvie may well just be in the MMMV Wave, so I'm leaving him out here Xavier and Magneto. Ah, yes. Xavier and Magneto. This one seems incredibly likely even though the pack already exists. It was an exclusive and it is hard to get now. Yes, this is the time for a reissue of these characters. Daredevil/Kingpin. Eh, maybe. Daredevil is a bit boring, but still it's been a while since Kingpin So overall, I gota go with Skull and Cap I'm up for that list
