When we ship out our packages, do we identify ourselves inside if we want to? or is the idea anonymity and guessing?

I haven't read the books and I could feel missing plot-lines. I enjoyed the film and was entertained, but I feel like plot drop was all over the place: *bam* plot in your lap, *bam* plot removed from film, *bam* here's something else we don't care to explain, we just want to keep the plot moving! Most of the scenes felt really rushed, which was strange because the beginning of the film is puzzlingly slow. I'm actually hoping these will be some sort of director's cut blu-ray/dvd release to see if things were cut to get the film at a certain length, or if it really was just a rush of plots coming so quickly you don't get a moment to enjoy the scene (or not).

How does the secret santa work? I want to vote, and be involved, but I want to make sure I understand how it has worked in the past.

Part of me is hoping that the recent Betsy Braddock figure, Jubilee, and shirtless battle damaged wolverine means were close to an outback x-men boxset. Colossus could pop up there.

thanks guys! They are my first minimates customs. I've been an infrequent customizer since the first wave of Toybiz X-Men figures. I repainted Storm into Phoenix. I changed of the head on Son of Satan, and finished Hellstorm. Ideally, he'll be wearing Janosz' coat, but Maddrox's will do for now.

The custom fell together really nicely. I was playing with the idea of making him as my first 'mate custom, so I looked into the tridents, then saw that the guy that came with Aquaman had most of the accessories I would need, then whilst staring at the mates on my shelf I realized i wouldn't have to paint his boots because Wolverine's were perfect. Then I played with the male chest from Luke's site, printed it, got pumped to get to work and realized I had forgotten to add nipples.

Just finished him. Well, the cape could use another coat or two, but he's finished enough that I was excited to share him with you guys. I sculpted the hair curls and the belt buckle with green stuff. Oh and the ears. The chest is a waterslide decal. I'd like to do another as I don't think it turned out dark enough for the perfectionist in me. The trident, belt and arm bands are from Aquaman's foe. I was so excited to work on him that I have a footless wolverine waiting for his feet replacements to arrive. lol. I'll add some better photos tomorrow after some sleep.

Not having any luck finding any info about the revival or cancellation of this line, anyone know anything? I saw the Toyfare letter and the 2008 toy fair photos, but that's about it. ignore me, there seem to be threads here

Sorry if I've posted this in the wrong place, this seemed like the place to ask this. Has anyone found a gold paint that matches the gold paint used on minimates? I picked up citadel burnished gold, but it seems goldier than the paint on the 'mate.

welcome! I started collecting "just x-men" two weeks ago. Since then I have already crossed into the Ghostbuster, DC, and Battle Star franchises, as well as a "few" Avengers and handful of Spidey.
