Just thought I would share my Goblin Make-overs.

Just got my case from Luke because I was out of the office on Friday so that is why I did not get them until today. I am happy with all the mates except Splinter. He is pink. I also must say I like the fact they are in plastic bags inside the foil pack. This saves me having to re-bag the ones I will be setting aside to keep unplayed with. But I am happy with all the mates in this series for the most part, all the paint seems to be acceptable for me.

Prowl-Ar: Love the custom Goblins you made. The Wraith Buster Goblin is a riot. Date Night Goblin is funny but love that Wraith Buster! I have been tinkering with some of the extra goblins I was able to get and thus made some customs but not themed like yours. Thank you for sharing these with us.

fwoosheyman: Great job on the Zombitastic Four. Those zombie versions of the Fantastic Four are Awesome. I wish I had that ambition with customizing. Happy Belated Birthday Onyx 6.

I have an extra Ezekiel and Mauled Zombie pack and would like to trade it for an Andrea and Prom Zombie pack if anyone would be willing. or I would trade for Carl and Burning Zombie or Shane and Punk Zombie. I think it is a face from the most recent Absorbing Man. The only part I did any retouch of something different to is the hair for Fish. I did not mind because it was from a Dante hair piece (the blue one) I didn't think I would use for anything and I have another one of it as well. I am trying to keep the colors mute and drab which is the vibe of the show, but Fish got the blue dress because I was merely doing QC form parts on hand. I may still alter Flass with the head from Mayor Rick Grimes but I really like my version of Bullock while I do know it is not show accurate. If I get enough parts I may try to do Bruce, Selina and Ivy but I am not sure.

I have been tinkering with my Gotham themed customs. Nygma and Gordon Alfred, Dent and Captain Essen Thompson, Flass and Barbara Keen-Gordon Mooney, Bullock and Cobblepot Victor Zsasz and two of his girls (with creative licensing due to parts I have on hand.) I am trying to work on the third henchwoman for Zsasz. I am also tinkering with Fish in her with attire on the island of the Doll Maker. I will not do Bruce, Selina or Ivy at this time because there really aren't the parts in my supply at the moment. I posted this yesterday in my listing in the Custom Creations and Artwork section, but copied here for you all today. I may have the parts for the third henchwoman soon. I know most of these will be disassembled once the official mates come along but I am enjoying this QC work as it is keeping me busy.

Yesterday, I was lucky to find a full set of wave seven of this line. I called the local TRU here in Bloomington/Normal, IL and they were willing to hold a set for me at the desk but they only had Ezekiel/Mauled Zombie, Mayor Rick/Balding Zombie and Negan/Thug Zombie. But when I got to the store, I went right back to where they would typically have these on the pegs. However, I never found a peg for these. I did find a full set of all four packs including the Andrea/Prombie pack. They were just laying on a shelf in the Disney isle. I quickly picked them up and then headed for the service desk to get the shorted set. I must have been just a little slow because I got two Ezekiel packs, two Rick packs and two Negan packs but only one Prombie pack. I am okay and hope I do find another Andrea/Prombie pack someday soon. But out of the case that my local TRU got, they were gone within the first hour of business yesterday. Just had to share the sighting of them in Central Illinois.

Hello, Well today is my birthday so I opened the package I got. Not sure who it is but I know it came from Duluth, MN. I want to say it was ??????, but I am not sure. Here is a series of photos of my Birthday Elephant package. I must say that I am very happy with what I got and I was not expecting this much bounty in this exchange. Thank you so much for the "Stuck On Star Trek" fun book. I really like it and it brings back memories of "Color-forms" which were something from my childhood. I have a magnetic version I got two years ago from a good friend for my 40th birthday. Now I got a better version for my office. I also love Oreos and Red Velvet cake but could not find the special Red Velvet Oreos in my area, so thank you so much for the special birthday snack. I do like them but will ration them out to last the rest of the week. The mini light up Star Trek Phaser is very nice as I will likely use it as a stress reliever at my desk. I will shoot it at my phone on a stressful phone call or at my monitor if the spreadsheet I am working on is getting the best of me. Thank you so much for everything. I really do like it all and the Curious George with the cake picture is very fitting because I did enjoy those books as kid. I am glad I joined the Birthday Elephant this year and likely will do it again. Thank you for letting me share my bounty with all of you.

DSTZach, Thank you for the vote of confidence. I really am getting into the pre-Batman Gotham but some things are hard to swallow. Clayface is supposed to be a friend of Batman's but here he is much older (he has not been revealed yet but the character that has that name is a detective in the GCPD and has been seen on the series. Barbara Gordon becomes Batgirl but they have Jim Gordon dating a gal named Barbara but they have split for now so who knows. I like how they revealed the future Scarecrow, Joker, Poison Ivy, Catwoman and introduced the parents of a future Dick Grayson. I am not sure about Penguin and Two-Face because they would be senior citizens when Batman arrives on the scene of Gotham. But I know DST will have better looking minimates. I can't wait so I hope you will reveal the images sooner than later. Thank you.

I just wanted to post that I got my Birthday Elephant Package today, but I am going to behave myself and wait to open it on Wednesday. I must admit that I am really wanting to open it now but I will wait. All I know for now is that it came from Duluth, MN. So I hope I can figure out from clues inside who my BE is. I will update you all on Wednesday with the contents.

I was tinkering with my parts and did a few quick customs of some of the standard characters of Gotham. I posted them in my Star Trek listing in the Customs location if you wanted to see them. Only made them to act as placeholders in my collection until the official mates are available. Thank you.

I wanted to try to make some GOTHAM themed customs as place holders for the ones we may be getting very soon. Fish Mooney Detective Bullock (retired) Oswald Cobblepot (retired) Alfred Pennyworth (retired) Harvey Dent Captain Essen (retired) These are all quick customs from the parts I had on hand. For Bullock, I took a creative license and tried to blend the classic image and the tv show image. I used Dante's blue hair piece and used a Sharpie to make it resemble her hair on the show, but I wanted her outfit to mimic a collage of what she has worn on the show but could not find a pant suit like she has had in the last few new episodes. Not too many African American Female Minimates to choose from for parts. My Bullock, Pennyworth, Essen and Cobblepot have been retired since they officially made them and not their sacrifices have let me make other customer characters. I also took Matty-lad's ideas and made TNG Ensign Ro and a Shot Red Shirt from TOS. Matty-lad, I hope you don't mind me recreating a look you made.

My local TRU (Bloomington, IL) just got a second case and stocked it this morning. I just visited there about 30 minutes ago and they still had most of the case on the peg. They were only missing one Spiderman/Mysterio set. I picked up the Wolverine/Sentinel and Quicksilver/Vision packs (all four in total) and left the rest on the peg. I was looking for the Infinity Box Set (two of them) and my TRU still has never gotten them. Looking to maybe part with a complete set of this wave if I can find two sets of the Infinity Box set to trade for.

I have two of the new Space Armor Iron Man sets and both of my Tony Stark Faces have red on them from the helmet but I am not worried because they will likely always be used for a slipover mask or the like.

I would like to see Electric Mayhem and at least the main Muppets (Piggy, Kermit, Fonzie, Ralph, Gonzo, Scooter, Beaker & Professor Honeydew, and Chef). I like the idea of getting the band with their instruments but how you going to get the piano included with Dr. Teeth?

I wanted share that the Mystero I opened happen to have two left legs as there was a left leg where the right leg should be. It was painted as if it was the right leg and the foot was on it as if it was the right leg. I already emailed customer service for a replacement right leg.

Bloomington, IL TRU 19 was found. A single case was received at the only TRU in town. A single case was purchased from the only TRU in town. I must admit, I was lucky enough to purchase all twelve packs from a single case. Well, I can only assume it was a single case. I left TRU with the following: four Space Armor Iron Man/Ronan the Accuser four Anti-Sinister Six Spider-Man/Mystero two Payback Wolverine/Classic Sentinel two Marvel Now Vision/Quicksilver So I am sorry if anyone else in the area wanted any, but I like some of the options for customs that these offer me. My local TRU also got a single case of the Valiant Exclusives in today and I purchased three packages of those as well. Still no Infinity box-set in Bloomington/Normal, IL area.
