From what I gather, when mates show up on Previews shipping list, this means they're hitting East coast. Since they didn't hit West coast last week. They should come out everywhere.

Hulk movie mates are on Previews list for this week. Yeeeaaahhh!!!! .DST's site has the Iron Man movie mates moved up to next week(10/8/08) from 10/15/08. So hopefully....(fingers crossed)

Yes, thanks. I'll probably order a Batman or the set(to make both versions of Batman). If anyone has cheap, easy access to a Kubrick Scarecrow(movie version), I'd appreciate it.

Hulk minimates aren't on the shipping list this week. I checked the shipping updates and there was no date change reported. Oh well...... The 24th might be west coast. have to wait and see this weekend.

Looking forward to this set. Marvel now has the 616 and movie universes. Can't wait for the Wolverine movie mates. I wonder if they'll do 1 or 2 waves or a couple of box-sets? hmmmm... :biggrin:

When things ship on the west coast they appear on Previews list and the east coast the following week. Occasionally mates show up everywhere at once, like this.

This is nice addition. Any new BSG mates is a good thing. I really didn't read the title and thought these were from the Caprica movie. (Eric Stoltz minmates, hee,hee)

This is probably the best way to go. A little at a time. If these do well, they could do another box set and 2-pack. Sometimes a whole wave isn't needed(i.e Ghost Rider, Spiderman 3-two waves, ughhh!!!).

Stuckakid.com, scifigenre.com, and bigbadtoystore.com are good places to buy mates. If your looking for older minimates ebay might be a better place. Collectors sometimes dump their collections. DST' site has the Platoon & DSS mates listed for 9/17/08. Soooooo.... next week then.

DST's site has them both listed for tomorrow(Sept. 10). Have to wait and see. In the Minimates section under the respective licences. This happened once before, I think it was Rocky or 24 4-pack. One of them showed up without being on the list. I guess the date change came to late.

So Sept. 4th has come and gone, and no Platoon minimates. Are the release dates on AA's website west coast or east coast?

Ugh, I hate when they go way off base on comic book characters. This DVD should have been 'Young Avengers". This reeks of Heroes Reborn. I would rather have Patriot, Hulkling, and the rest. Hey a Young Avengers box set would be great(ala Marvel Legends).

For a Few Dollars more Eastwood character(torso,arms), FYE Nina Myers(bottom of shirt/belt). I'm waiting for the Good, Bad, & Ugly set Blondie for the white hat. Kinda a cross between the Comics and JLU version.

Hey I'm working on Hex too. I used the Penguin head. If you have Goof-off(or watered-down acetone), remove half the mouth, with a fine sharpie draw a straight line to make the closed half, then with an exacto knife carefully scrape away a strip off the other half(this will give the impression of the skin over the mouth). Then paint in the monacled eye add a red dot and your done. I'll try to get a pic up for you.(I just got a new camera)

I ordered 3 sets, and they came in the envelope. None of mine were damaged. Maybe it's based on the driver or truck packers in your area. The UPS driver that delivers to me pretty much knows most of my packages are toys(collectibles) and is pretty good with careful delivery. I guess you takes your chances. Charm City Cakes merch. is mostly clothes so the envelope is probably standard packing.
