The leg posts are now different. I wasn't sure 100% sure after the best of wave 2 but now you just have to compare Dr. Stranges with the rest of the figs in this set. They are now more solid.

Just got my confirmation of my refund.

As far as TRU was concerned my order didn't even exist. It took several attempts at explaining what I needed from iparcel to get the correct order number. We're talking a week of back and forth to get this resolved.

To my fellow international collectors who purchased their mates through iparcel, here's a heads up. I'm in Canada. I placed my order, which included the Airwalker/Firelord set, on the first Sunday they became available. Everything appeared to go thru the iparcel checkout process, but when I read about the cancellation emails people were receiving I wanted to make sure my whole order went thru. Emails from TRU went straight to iparcel because iparcel is the actual "buyer" from TRU, not us. We then buy the products from iparcel. We rely on iparcel to update us based on what TRU communicates to them. Having said all this it turned out that I needed iparcel to provide TRU w/ a tracking # in order to see if my whole order was confirmed. It was not, I missed out on the Airwalker set. The problem was that my credit card was preauthorized and then charged for the complete order, but was not adjusted accordingly to reflect the unshipped sets. Long story short I had to get emails from TRU to prove to iparcel that iparcel was NOT charcged for the sets. 2 weeks later I received a confirmation from both companies that a refund will be processed. Check you credit card statements.

anyone else get a Human Torch with either two left arms or two right arms. In a fun twist of fate, the first Torch i got had 2 left arms, the second had 2 right ones.

Try getting in touch with Zach Oat or Amy Stevens at DST. They replaced my wave 48 Mr. Fantastic's leg which also broke at the knee. It took a few weeks for the part to come in, but they were really great about it. even if they don't have the TRU wave 15 part in stock, they should have the wave 48 Johnny Storm parts which is essentially the same "flame on" leg so they should be able to send you that.

Did you guys also get an email saying that the Airwalker set is back ordered?

For anyone who already has these in hand, do they use the newer shorter posts where the legs attach to the body same as the 2nd best of wave?

Zach, I posed this qustion a couple of pages back but no one responded to it so, at the risk of bad forum form I'll ask it again. The best of wave appears to feature new parts specifically new torsos with the double "V"s now closer to the bottom opening. Also, the round pegs the the legs connect to no longer appear to have a small "neck" but instead are almost flush with the pelvic (hee hee) piece which, IMO, will reduce chances of breakage when taking the legs off. If I am correct are these changes permanent and will all future MM waves use these molds?

Is it my imagination or did AA change the hip mold so that the pegs that fit into the legs have less of a post or maybe just a thicker post that seems more solid?

I'm finding it hard to tell from the pics but does Dazzler have the starburst on her right lower leg like she does in the comics?

So Luke are you getting the Excalibur sets from Diamond next week, or do you get them from another distributer who receives them this week and, in turn, gets them to you by next week? And, in a related question, will any LCS be getting them this week?

My LCS guy didn't mention them shipping when I saw him on Saturday. Hopefully Luke can confirm if he's getting them this week.

When I asked the question, I was only wondering if there was mention made of a reissue of the Silver Age Angel. Mistakes happen. I also wonder how the sales of the Silver Age Box set will affect any future rerelease of SA Angel, since I assume, the people this affects most are the ones who want to complete their team.

Has there been any comments from AA or DST re: the variant angel issue?

I just saw a Silver Surfer and a Spidey on a rooftop (I think) in a package at Walmart in Quebec.

Hi Pickle! I also post as 4lott on Fwoosh. Nice to see you here. I Didn't even know (or I totally forgot!) this topic existed but now I got a one stop for Minis and Minifigs! I take one look at the creations on Eurobricks and ..I...feel....very...small. Anyway, I've been receiving the Lego mag for about 10 years. Unfortunately they stopped the Bionicle comic, but it's still fun and free, but there seemed to be more years ago, but in all fairness the website now offers alot more content. The 3-D glasses are blue/red and work great w/ the Atlantis wallpaper you can download on the site.
