Could you give some examples? I may be lumping the two types together, but isn't the difference that chrome is painted on while metallic is the color of the plastic that the mate is formed from. The reason I ask is because my reasoning for metallic was that all the blanks would have no paint on them to keep the cost down. Only the BAF and accessories would have any paint and even then the accessories wouldn't have more than a single color added where appropriate. As a couple of examples the Akuma hair would have the string painted, the machete would have the blade painted silver and the AOX Rogue hood would have the hair detail painted black (just to give Femme Fatale Lil' Red an actual hood and cloak). Wasn't entirely sure what you meant by Metallic. To me, there is Metallic - And this is Chrome - And I'd still want them to be blanks, but I like the idea of a chrome painted blank.

I was able to pick up a MODOK/Akuma set from Luke's shop and I tell you, this is probably one of the best 2 packs in the series!! And I knew MODOK was big......but when I saw the pack bulging at the seems with more tape on the sides than usual, I was shocked! Simply awesome figure with tons of detail and Akuma is just superb, a huge step from the original. Seeing MODOK first hand, the new technique for such a figure.......I want to make Shuma Gorath somehow.

It's not anything that is crippling.......I've found ways around most things I encounter. It's just making it slightly difficult to get around.

I've noticed a few things the last few days. I am unable to click on the roll outs for my profile or messages as well as when I am writing, if I click on the add link or picture or the other insert options, nothing happens. Anyone else? This appears to have been happening after the one day when Nothing would show up on the site except for an advertisement. Real quick update: if I right click on those links for my messages and profile, and click new tab or window, they will load that way.

I didn't think I was going to get finished but the idea came to me, went with it and got it done! I present I.C.A.R.U.S. Really wish I had a backstory for this character, but I can say that he is a genetically altered soldier given the ability of flight with his razor sharp metal-alloy wings. He also has a pair of enhanced goggles that allow him to view every light spectrum and have the ability to see objects as far as 10 miles. The neatest feature on this custom is his Glow-in-the-dark goggles, well in my opinion anyway.
