the people on here represent a small minority of all those who actually buy minimates. On top of that, I'd assume there are plenty of folk that buy up any store exclusive there can, with the sole intent to stick the things on ebay. so, yes... the likelihood that 90 different multiverse members each went onto TrU.com and bought one each is near zero. There is an even slimmer chance that even half of them were actually bought by multiversers.

just to confirm, last official word from Zach was that all the variation options from Toy Fare (2 looks for Colossus, Dazzler, etc) will be included with the characters. and yes indeed, this wave is absolutely fabulous work... bold, colourful, the perfect blend of simplicity and detail... exactly what first attracted me to minimates. Great work DST, will be buying up the whole wave (which really rarely happens)

I asked a pal this the other day, apparently Tyrese isn't T-Dog, the former being made up for the tv program. Tyrese was shown in the toy fare pics, black guy with the flat cap type thing. BBTS have a picture of Dale though, for sure. As someone who knows the program first, I do hope we get Dale in wave 1, instead of Tyrese.

TrU Gwen will be the second movie version of the character, while we've only had the one based on the actual comics. has there been any other characters that've got more movie mates then comic versions? don't count the likes of Destroyer or Iron Monger, character that haven't had a single comic version. ... just thought of Rhodey, but he misses out on a technicality (what, 4 movie mates and 1 comic? still, only really one War Machine each, and there have been no comic Rhodeys). 'Unmasked Spider-Man' from 41 counts as a Parker, and that isn't just me moving the goalposts, honest. Tony Stark? anyone else?

I'd planned on sticking Coulson's head on a Shield body, but now I have them I figure the guy deserve more than becoming a generic agent. Really wasn't keen on the rubbish plastic his mate got either, for shame. Stuck his head and torso with the president Baltar suit. Looking at screenshots, it does look like hes wearing a navy suit, at least in the Avengers. Plus, he fits in a tiny bit more with his colleagues.

Got the Spidey and Wolverine sets today, these look wonderful, probably my favourite mates to date. So bright, colourful, and the perfect balance between simplicity and detail. 10/10

Haven't ordered them yet, as they're certainly not top priority just now, but I too am really up for the Ant Men (1 Pym, 1 Lang ). No doubt I'll be after the Iron Man as well, cool armour.
