Lucky I was at target this morning as they were restocking the minimates. They did not put out any DD/GR two packs. So upset, I bought a Colossus /wolverine. I figure you can never have too many of those two, and sent the free mate in for my Cousin. Got to spread the love.

Nope not at all. I even open the variant which I never do. Because they might look great in the little bubble, they look even better kicking cylon butt.

I would include information about how articulated they are. And how not since the days of Mego have so many different Heroes (marvel, DC, Movies, TV shows) have all been made in not only the same scale but by the same company! Highlight how fun they are and how since they are made from the same mold you can mix and match parts easy as pie. List the holy trinity of websites http://www.minimatescentral.com/ (who as an info link on the left side just under gallery), http://minimateheadquarters.com/, and of course our home on the web http://www.minimatemultiverse.com/ also a few pictures would not hurt any I guess

Am I to understand that all one has to do is buy a target two pack mail you some stuff and will get another minimate? Free?

As I recall TRU 10 pack had the same iron man from wave 6. And the AV2 is slightly different. Read Danny's review for more info http://www.minimatescentral.com/ Personally I would go for it if it is at a good price. You can't find the TRU 10pack anymore, and AV2 is NOT worth buying just for iron man, it is really not worth buying at all.

So is the ooze like the slim that came with Ghostbusters and ninja turtles back in the dark ages of toys before minimates. Or is it a more pliable substance i.e. can you move it like clay?

I have already pre-paid for this wave yesterday because they said it would be here on Wednesday! I can't wait. i also can't decide whom I am going to open first! wonder women, green arrow, aquaman? Who will it be? Ok most likely wonder women but after that it is all up for grabs! I will try and post pics as soon as I can. Should be about 12:00 or so my time (that is PST, I think, same time as Cali).

It always surpirsed that with AA love for spiderman and 4 wave of re-paints we never got a scarlet spider

$18 that is almost twice what we are paying in the states. I got mine for 10 and thought it was high, but worth it. 18 though, that is a little out of the range

You are so right. This is the mate I looked forward to the longest and was my favorite for the longest time, (until I got batman and still ranks up there) if this made had not been made I don't think I would have gotten into minimates. And even with him being re-done time and time again the original still rock. Although I should add the new Spiderman 3 minimate does rock my socks off. But when I think of minimates I do think of that spiderman.

1 mix up a mate. (thing's arm' Jean's head, batman's leg. ect) 2 a picture of one mixed up mate 3 post the picture with the rule 4 have the contest for a week 5 take all the winners and put their name in a hat 6 draw the winner 7 post the winner and the recipe of the mixed up mate. Just an idea

If you could customize the maxi Sentinel do that. Search some online stores see if they have them for a better price. They should I know my LCS had a really hard time trying to sell those mates off
