Thanks for organising all of this! Wave 68's GSXM Nightcrawler. My reasons for liking this minimate are very simple. It's a perfectly executed version of my favourite comic book character from my favourite era of comics, and he wasn't hard or expensive to obtain. A few runners-up would be the same wave's Storm, wave 62's AXIS Apocalypse, Best Of 3's Hawkeye, and The Incredible Hulk Through the Ages' Joe Fixit Hulk. On a completely unrelated note, can anyone explain why I don't seem to have the "Source" button, and how to set up a trade list without one?

Depending on the colours, some of the Muppets characters (Mahna Mahna, Crazy Harry...) might have what you're looking for.

I'm hoping for some of the big MCU characters I still don't have comic 'mates of (Black Panther, Wasp, Scott Lang, Vision, Black Widow, Winter Soldier, Doctor Strange, Elektra...). This could also be a way of getting some more comicish GotG members, or maybe some new Inhumans.

I think there's a good chance we'll get MvCI minimates. MvC3 did well enough that DST tried SFxT (which from what I understand did less well). I'd say anyone from the MCU who's had or are getting their own movie soon is pretty much a lock for the roster. Probably the Netflix folks and some current comic stuff too, I'm hoping for Kamala Khan.

I was hoping to do that too, but even if she didn't have the lab coat the skin tone would still be off. As it is, I think I'll be skipping that pack. I'm in for the rest, though.

No problem. This wave is convenient for me, since the only ones I really want are the heavypacks and maybe Venom. I should be able to help other board members who need something other than Silk.

No, I mean for MvC4. There are rumors X-Men and F4 characters won't be in it. I can't see DST abandoning the X-Men altogether. Since Wave 50, the only classic comic LCS waves that haven't been X-based are 54 and (soon) 69.

I wouldn't be surprised if we did get MvC4, but it just doesn't fit this specific license that's been mentioned. I'll be disappointed (though not really surprised) if the rumors are true and all of the Fox-owned characters have been removed.

Yeah, that story was actually how I was first introduced to that specific roster.

My favourite lineup was the Avengers from around 1984 to 1987. There were some slight roster shifts, but my favourite was Captain America, Wasp, Monica Rambeau as Captain Marvel, Black Knight, Hercules, and Namor. This was only the team from #262 to #270, but with Starfox or Thor in Namor's place, they were around from #256 to #278. They were the penultimate Avengers team before it "ended" for the first time in 1989. So far, the only member I have a minimate of is classic Captain America, but I'll get Dane when he's released and I'd love to have the Monica and Namor that have already been released. DST's made a Hercules, too, but he's in his classic 70's outfit instead of his 80's He-Man look. The same goes for Wasp, who wore a costume that was shown as either red and yellow or black and yellow.

Maybe it's because she seems like such an obvious choice for an official release? We do definitely have all the necessary pieces.
