So a lil back on thread I have been researching the where are they now just to figure out where I would place some of these folks and found this interesting: Shriek later appeared as a secret ally to Kraven the Hunter at the time he was leading the NYPD's SWAT Team into hunting the human-dinosaur hybrids living beneath New York City. She made herself known where she used her sonic attack on Venom and then collapsed the ceiling on him much to Kraven's annoyance. Shriek stated to Kraven that he can have the head of Eddie Brock after their mission. Maybe we will get a new Kraven.

Any one ever use the Marvel Legends ToyBiz Fantasti Car front that came with Reed with the minimates before? I have one at My folks place (Sydney) but don’t remember why I didn’t bring it with me to NYC where the mates live...is it really out of scale?

I love this idea but I always grit when Firestar is paired with Iceman for some reason. Too much of a comic book purist I guess. I’d love to have her paired more with Vance Astro with Marvel Boy parts...

Agreed. IMHO Marvel and DC really underestimate their audiences and their ability to help themselves. They act like it’s 1986 and we don’t have access to sources to fill in gaps. Also the price point is just a huge barrier to entry. 5 bucks?!? What kid can afford that? At this point it’s just an IP factory that they will milk as long as we keep picking up the books.

That’s a wee bit alarmist. For a second I thought you meant this board was closing down! It’s not a crisis or Secret Wars but a Marvel Now like jumping on (or off) point. It’s another marketing tool to try to fix the real issue: comic sales are down.

Do you remember the ToyBiz Dr Strange and how his cloak would bend so that the figure could “float” in it? I hope it is something like that for Cloak here.

Agreed with a two pack of Deathlok and Firestar. As for Cloak and Dagger with their TV show coming out this may be great timing for the figures. I'm excited for them all but the lack of Firestar saddens me.
