maxcarnage Posted September 16, 2009 Author Share Posted September 16, 2009 its over! it was a dui/bal case we found him guilty of the bal (blood alcohol level) because his BAL was over the legal level of .08 but found him innocent of DUI because the traffic violation could have been caused by other instance. i was going to go all 12 angery men on the later but decided not to. all and all it was fun.
