dockingbay97
I am going to attempt to regularly review some of the toys that I buy for myself on my site. First up is the deluxe Indiana Jones figures from Hasbro. The next item I am reviewing is a Ban Dai Yuji Sakai's Concept Works "Ka-Ma-E" 1995 Burning Godzilla. You can read my review here. I hope these will interest some of you. Enjoy!
dockingbay97
The latest toy review is a DC Direct Jack Kirby's New Gods Darkseid figure. You can read my review here.
dockingbay97
I am reviewing my first mini bust - Gentle Giant's Star Wars Admiral Ackbar. You can read my review here.
dockingbay97
Here you go - another one. I don't have the review process perfected yet but I think I am getting a little better with each one. I hope you like it. Indiana Jones Kenner Convoy Truck & Hasbro Convoy Truck Comparison & Review
dockingbay97
Do you need a Hulk toy that can fit into your GI Joe collection in order to smash puny Cobra? I sure did. You can read my review on the Hasbro Incredible Hulk movie steel beam Hulk figure here.
Deadpool
Dockingbay (can I call you Nick? ), while I love the reviews, you may wanna change the format just a bit. It can be hard to follow the text with it across the screen like that, and the image in the background is a bit distracting IMO. I really love the idea of a review site though, and hope you have sucess!
dockingbay97
It's not a problem. How should I format the text?
karamazov80
It's not a problem. How should I format the text? I don't know if it is just my computer's resolution set-up or something, but on the Indy and Godzilla reviews, some of the pictures are so big that I have to scroll to the right to see your reviews. I don't know if this is what Deadpool is referring to, but if it is, it would probably be more an issue of having smaller pictures, and/or left-indenting them than of changing the text itself. I wouldn't make the text any smaller, if I were you.
dockingbay97
Yeah, those Godzilla ones were way too big. I am trying to find the balance of size but still see what you are looking at. Right now the pictures are all centered justified, maybe I should switch them back to left justified. I also have a hard time remembering that I am on a widescreen monitor at home and not everyone else is. dockingbay97
Which Hulk review is easier to read? This original Or this new one? Edited May 5, 2008 by dockingbay97
Deadpool
Which Hulk review is easier to read? This original Or this new one? The new one is much easier to read, IMO. I think it works a LOT better.
dockingbay97
The original Convoy Truck review? or This revised one? Edited May 5, 2008 by dockingbay97
Deadpool
The original Convoy Truck review? or This revised one? The revised one works better, but I still have to scroll. Of course my computer is set to 800x600 because my dad can't see anything else, so you may have to get another opinion.

Of course my computer is set to 800x600 because my dad can't see anything else, so you may have to get another opinion. It's the same for me. I still have to scroll for the new one, but only for a word or two.
MiniFiend UK
Some nice stuff there. The burning Godzilla made me laugh at one of the photos. I think its the fourth one down where the figure is shown face on the flame detail makes it look like its wearing a bikini, it even has small flames to loop around the neck. Anyway good stuff in those reviews.
TM2 Dinobot
The original Convoy Truck review? or This revised one? I still had to scroll a lot for that one, and I have a fairly large resolution set.

I still had to scroll a lot for that one, and I have a fairly large resolution set. Really? The revised one with the grey background? I am at work now and this monitor is set at 1024 x 768 which is only one bump over 800x600 and I only need to scroll over about four letters on average for the lines of text. I am confused if you have high resolution you would need to scroll a lot.
dockingbay97
Sorry for the delay in a new review. I got distracted with Emerald City ComiCon stuff. If you are ever in the Seattle area this time of the year, it is a worthwhile local comic show to go to. And now on to my latest review - a Diamond Select Toys Star Trek Original Series Communicator - here.
dockingbay97
Back to back Star Trek reviews. This review is for the Diamond Select Toys Star Trek Capt Picard with Command Chair.
dockingbay97
Today I am getting back to my toy collecting roots with a review of the Hasbro GI Joe Cobra Viper & HISS Driver action figures. You can jump right to the review here.
dockingbay97
Writing these reviews has been a little bit healthy for me because it has made me realize how many toys I am really buying and it is a disgusting amount. Now is time for DST's Stargate Atlantis Series 2 figures. You can find the review here.
karamazov80
Whenever I hear about that tv show, I think about that guy on the Conan O'Brien show, pleading to Sci-Fi channel not to cancel Stargate. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-7...rgate&hl=en
dockingbay97
Today the review is a monster - figuratively and literally - the Target exclusive Star Wars Unleashed Battle Rancor with Felucian Rider. You can find the review here. Edited May 25, 2008 by dockingbay97
Fo Shizzle
As cool as it is I agree the price of it will make me think twice about it. As far as the rider's face being a mask or actually....a face, I believe it is actually his face although I do not remember the where I have seen him before. I am liking your reviews because you are not doing reviews on toys that everyone else is doing and it's refreshing! Keep it up!
