b00sted Posted November 14, 2012 Posted November 14, 2012 Holy crap, those look awesome. What are they again? dr baghead Posted November 15, 2012 Posted November 15, 2012 The picture I cropped my avatar from: (I was thinking it should be a series with Clawdeen holding the Wolfman and Lagoona holding the Creature, but this is it for now) and yesterday I found a Toobz (you know those little boxes usually full of zoo animals or dinosaurs) full of musical instruments and plastic animal skulls... haven’t figured out a use for the skulls yet, aside from looking at how awesome they are, but the instruments are Frankie scale! the violin didn’t have a bow so she’s using Gambit’s staff... alternate take from the shot: Quote
Jeff Posted November 15, 2012 Posted November 15, 2012 Nice! I spotted the dinosaur fossil tubes that looked perfect for Jurassic park customs. Quote
TM2 Dinobot Posted November 15, 2012 Author Posted November 15, 2012 How's the articulation on those, BH? Quote
dr baghead Posted November 15, 2012 Posted November 15, 2012 How's the articulation on those, BH? females: ball neck, ball shoulders, ball elbows, ball wrist, ball and socket hips, ball knees (no torso or ankle articulation) g1 male: same as females except lacks wrist g2 male: same as females Create-A-Monster male: same as females but with ball ankles. so if you pose them standing/walking forward they’re REALLY expressive (the internet LOVES to pose them in “OH NOES!” poses with their hands over their face), but the lack of ANY torso or ankle articulation does limit what they can do (they have limited sitting options and I find it hard to pose them interacting with animals since they can’t bend/kneel and animal toys tend to look like statues when held since they’re still in a standing pose) Quote
minivenom Posted November 15, 2012 Posted November 15, 2012 I love the MH dolls. Started to collect them but needed the funds for other things more. Quote
TM2 Dinobot Posted November 30, 2012 Author Posted November 30, 2012 Action Figure Friday! Arcee may be in a bit of a pickle. Never mind. Quote
The Geohound Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 This thread has been quiet for far too long. Merry Christmas, everyone. Quote
TM2 Dinobot Posted December 30, 2012 Author Posted December 30, 2012 "Move me closer! I wish to hit them with my Star Destroyer!" Quote
The Geohound Posted February 14, 2013 Posted February 14, 2013 Hey Dinobot, look. I can take pictures of transformers too. And now, because it's me, silliness. Quote
The Geohound Posted February 14, 2013 Posted February 14, 2013 They just sort of got purchased the other day, and this thread is far too inactive. Quote
gambitron Posted February 16, 2013 Posted February 16, 2013 I just picked up the Blaster version of that Soundwave and Soundblaster pictured above. My son loved the fact that the disc transforms like his bakugan. I was glad to get another Blaster for my collection! Quote
The Geohound Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 I got Soundblaster first (by maybe 2 days) because there was only one of him and a few Soundwaves. I went back later to find one Soundwave so I got him and the Ravage and Rumble disc set too. Going back for Frenzy and Ratbat soon as I get a free minute when stores are open and I'm not exhausted. They're pretty simple little guys, but I like having them. Quote
The Geohound Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 I'm going to tease this thread a bit until I get time enough to do something proper. Quote
TM2 Dinobot Posted March 2, 2013 Author Posted March 2, 2013 Enjoy it while you can. It'll be non-stop Play Arts Kai next thing you know. Quote
