groundhog7s
Just wondering if anyone uses Heroscape tiles to display Minimates? I picked up an expansion set on clearance because it had a cool bridge and trees in mini scale and wondered if anyone used the tiles from that game and what they thought of them. MisterPL
I've had my eye on this game for a while. It looks pretty cool for displaying Minimates or other miniature figures (HeroClix). Haven't bought one yet, though. Got any pics?
groundhog7s
I didn't get it out of the box yet, but I plan on it tonight. I'll post some pics. The trees look perfect for a Minimate Christmas diorama if I can find some mini ornaments.

Cappy
I haven't done this, but I certainly should be! What a great idea, groundhog! And me with all these HeroScape bits just lying around...

TBT!
I have heroscape, it's a fun simple game, kinda like heroclix but without all the overly complex stuff and blind collectability. Never really thought of it as possible minimate scenery, think that most of the stuff would be scaled too small though? BTW if you're interested but aren't keen on the fantasy theme, I'd hold out til early next year... there is going to be a Marvel version of Heroscape... it looks very cool T. groundhog7s
I've never wanted to buy Heroclix, but I think I would buy Marvel heroscape stuff. Do you have a link to what's coming out and when?

rsprin
Wow that does look pretty hot. Has anyone picked any of them up? Would love to see some mini-s duking it out to see how they look!
Cappy
You know what really pisses me off? Marvel can license out to two competing games, companies that really are releasing nearly identical products (yes, yes, I know they're different games, I've played them both...) BUT we can't get Marvel miniMate vehicles or large characters! Don't give me this "it's the contract" BS. Contracts can be renegotiated. Step up DST and get those rules changed! This only proves that nothing is set in stone. Okay, rant over. MarvelScape does look pretty neat. No doubt I'll be buying into it... groundhog7s
This only proves that nothing is set in stone. I always thought it was set in stone that Minimates fans would never get everything they want.

groundhog7s
I can handle not having anything to look foward to-I've gotten used to it going to my job everyday. Here's some pics with Minimates and Heroscape. Some of the pieces I've looked at don't look to the right scale, but these seem to work. Kirby
I've played around with it, but usually we need all the pieces to play on I just saw the castle set in a store. The scale will take some fudging, but it could work for some LOTR scenes.
