The Iron Man memorial looks cool (as do the rest of your Customs). With a couple added mins, you could do a classic Avengers memorial.

In my experience, fan driven forums/sites are better than official sites. You would think that would be a "flag" to the Corporates, but it never is. The official sites don't seem to have the time/resources to invest in the sites and are often bound by their own regulations. I saw this same sort of issue with computer game sites over the years. I doubt it will ever change. So yeah, I'll keep checking this site foremost because people here are fun and not constrained in anyway. That's my two cents.

Hmm, guess I will have to check out Kmart and Toys r Us for these. My local Target isn't carrying any minimates currently, and I've got a hankering for minis.

I'm still hoping they release that New Avengers and Marvel knights pack somewhere down the line. I wouldn't mind getting more mini-weapons from Blade/Punisher and I like the new Ghost Rider because he's much darker than the old one. That Daredevil reminds me of the Miller/Janson inking from my favorite comics. I also could use a Spider-Woman to add to my collection.

I would like to get one, because I was a fan of the character from the Justice League animated series. I don't read Green lantern comics that much, but I really like what they did with him on the animated series.

I really like the sculpt of Joker's coat, I hope it stays that way when it comes. These Protos are really spoiling me!

All I can do is pretty much drool at those DC Protos! The details look incredible, and I really hope GA comes with all those arrows.

Bewt-iful! I really like the design, a step up from the previous boxes. That New Avengers set would've been a dream come true. I've yet to add a Spider-woman to my collection. Love the dark mask on the Daredevil on the Marvel Knights package too. Oh well, maybe in a future wave?

Ah, I didn't know the hair was clear underneath. Removing paint on plastic minis? Well, I can tell you what NOT to use.... I once turned a plastic heroclix into a soft lump of plastic with fingernail polish remover!

I think it was helpful just seeing how another person does things. Do you use flat or semi-gloss? Or a variety of both? I remember using the toothpick method for painting small details on D&D minis (*geek alert!*).

One more for the pro-choice PP/SM 'mate. I think it was innovative as far as a duplicate minimate. Much better than some of the other dupes of Wolverine. My only quip is that his pants are a weird color. Ugliest...New Cyclops. Just atrocious costume design and figure. Typically big upper torso additions were reserved for the 'hulking' minis. Did 'slim' get too much sand kicked in his face and start taking 'roids or did I miss something?! Shouldn't have existed...Wolverine another 1, 2, 3, ...Spider-man another 1, 2, 3, ... or the various Battle damaged/Unmasked versions. There are alot of uncovered characters/villains that haven't been mini'd out there already! Hated...I'd say New Cyclops, but I already used him. So how about Patch, no at least I can chop him up and mod him...so..."Civilian Logan"...bleh.

Wow, thanks Lurch77! It's been an harrowing project at times. If I knew what I was getting into beforehand, it's hard to say that I would actually do it again. It takes way more time and money than I was counting on. Alot of people who get into it, end up making a second arcade cabinet. I don't really have the space for a second one, but if I had the choice to make a second one and skip making the first one... Anyways, it's been alot of fun and I can't wait to get it to the playeable stage. Once I finish up the additional artwork I'll definitely put up more pics.

he's the guy on Superboys left that's extending his next. Remember people, this looks close to what Teen Titans did when it first came out and look how great that turned out. Of course I have never read LOSH but it must be good to get a tv series. Hmm, I would think the guy stretching his neck would be "Chameleon Boy"? But he's the wrong color...oh my.

Blue Batman (miniflyer) Took me forever to find him and I really wanted a classic look. So, he's my favorite even though he didn't come with alot of cool stuff like others. Second place is Joker (Batcave) because he looks so evil and Catwoman because she looks cool and has nifty toys.

I enjoyed the Star Wars lego game even as an adult. Sure i't simple, but it's got that feeling of just plain fun! I'de definitely buy it and a DC version should that come out as well.
