They have all these amazing new sets for pre-order that I want.... X-Force Luke's exclusive Spidey foe's set Days of Future Past set 'Best of' new marvel wave Alien TMNT Pulp Fiction (maybe) etc... Guess I'm back! heh P.S. Even LEGO is temping me now. I bought that amazing Ghostbusters ECTO-01 set. And I REALLY want those Simpsons mini-figs :/

I don't know if many of you are into card games. I used to play Magic the Gathering back in the day. A couple of my friends have started playing again and Ive been tempted to join them. Anyway, now Blizzard has a new Card Game coming out and it looks pretty fun. I signed up for a beta key and got one a week ago without even noticing till now, haha. So if anyone wants to play hit me up!

Next up we have The Doctor and the Albatross... Simon and River Tam I'm not 100% happy with these but I'm getting closer with them. I must confess I've had a really hard time trying to find pieces that really capture the essence of River. I will come back to her for sure. And Simon too...

Okay so most of the next ones I'll be unveiling from now on are works in progress. That's because I'm having issues capturing the essences of the characters with what's available. I'm researching and getting into decals so that should help. I didn't think the next one was going to turn out too well but I'm pretty happy with it so far. Okay I think it's time to start work on some decals. What brand of paper do you guys recommend? I just have a standard Brother inkjet printer. Waterslide decals or stickers? I know that Luke recommends stickers now...

Haha yeah I totally remember those shows, especially that cleopatra one. The first time I saw Firely I was like "Hey, it's the chick from all those goofy shows." I just looked her up and totally forgot she was in those Matrix sequels too. I'd buy that box set, haha.

THIS, I think it's hilarious that they're including that goatee'd face of his that he had for 5 minutes. I'm not a fan of the NOW stuff either. Read the first 10 issues or so of uncanny avengers and those were ok. But I am so buying this set. I personally don't care what Diamond puts out as long as they keep making minimates. If I had the money I might purchase most of the mates they release. As it stands, I just buy what appeals to me which seems to be about 50% of the all the mates they put out (a rough percentage). So keep doing what you're doing Zach. Just keep the minimates coming and I'll be happy

Yeah I just quit recently. I think in total I purchased 180 magnetic lockboxes (with gold earned in the game, not purchased) and I'm still one cover short of getting magneto. So I quit the game. I'm not spending a dime on that thing. They make it pretty dificult to do anything without spending money. Gonna go work on music or making custom mates.

Very cool Tenime and Wookiefodder! Good to see more firefly fans about. @Tenim_art I was lucky enough to have a friend who made me watch the show before going to see the movie and Im eternally grateful to him for it. It made that *cough event that happened in the movie all the more powerful. Can't believe youve only gone through the shws only once. I have at least 5 times I think. I never get tired of it. I hope that Agents of Shield continues it's awesome firefly-esque vibe it has going. I'm a musician so you know I had to learn the theme song. I'll bust it out every now and again on the acoustic guitar and my friend sand I will sing it. @WookieFooder I'm trying to make all of them and maybe couple of adversaries. Funny you should mention Jayne's hat... I actually have a friend who knits and she plans on making a jayne hat soon. So I asked her if she could make me a tiny minimate-sized one and she's working on it. She is using an alternative material to get it done. I'll probably post pictures of the next crew member tomorrow.
