Well when I found my wave 4 at TRU yesterday they were just sitting on a shelf. Wave 3 were on the pegs priced at $7.99 each. But yea wave 4 were fifty cents cheaper. I don't get them and the mixed pricing they do. Oh well, worked out in my favor. Too bad no tomb raider or wave 16 or wolverine! They just did a reset on everything and minimates are no where to be found but the walking dead stuff.

Ok they are out in the wild! Found them in Bakersfield California. Priced at $7.49. But they still have nothing else of new in minimates.

@ stack32 I look at collecting as a "hobby investment". Meaning, if something I buy in hopes will one day be worth a lot of money but ends up being worth less then I paid for it, ok by me. I'm not putting everything I have towards it, so if it bombs, oh well. But you never know when you get stuff and turns out to be gold! That's a nice feeling. And I'm not addicted to collecting (besides minimates) and don't ever take food from my families mouth because of it. And I hate scalpers as much as the next guy, those pinche puntos!

Dang I know TM2 probably wasn't really attacking me, but I'm a little shocked what I said set him off. My bad. I was just saying "me personally" wont pay $80 for a Gambit. If someone wants to charge that for it, go ahead. I like when I know something I was lucky enough to buy before hand is now worth a little money. Collecting is like a investment. I get it. When I'm short on money I know I can always post something on ebay, make a little change and buy something new. It's how it works. And I don't think DST should re-release it either. I missed out on it, and that's my fault. But it will be mine!!! one day.

I never got the 90's Gambit and have it high on my want list, but there is no way I'm paying what people on ebay want for it!

looks like sept. 19th is the new ship date. artasylum.com updated it on the website. also looks like were getting series 52 before 50 and 51. Balls!

I bought 70 bags at SDCC and the only look I got was from one of the guys who was probably thinking, "you really gonna make me go and count out 70 bags for you?" By the way, I still have some extra bags of the flight stands if anyone needs some? I over estimated on those.

So tray shots were posted on the facebook page. I thought nova came with three heads? Oh well I guess I can make the third one I ordered a custom with someone else head to make three different figures.

To add to the view askew mates, if I can remember right, at the panel Chuck said Dogma was under a different studio that they didnt have rights to. But I also think he said something about in the past being able to get things like that worked out.

Only what's been shown. Not really much else for now.got to see the control art for sin city and pulp fiction. Questions were asked about possible vehicles for aliens and predators. Yes, as long as aliens does well. They didn't want pics of the new stuff, but I'm sure someone took some.

I hope no one is buying these exclusive sdcc merks on eBay? I don't know if zach has anything special planned but I've come across a good amount of purple and Orange versions I'm willing to trade for before anyone drops money down to scalpers.

They already have up the posters for pulp fiction and sin city mates at thier booth. I ask if we would see much more then what's already been shown so far and it didn't seem like much. So panel could have something to announce but not to show.

So I just got back from the minimate party, and as a minimate collector, it was awesome. More on that later. But after seeing all the new stuff coming out, its a good time to be a minimate collector. So much great stuff in the works. Aliens look awesome. And scare me that they could send push Minimates to a whole new level of fans. And while it may be good for the business, it could easily get harder for us trying to stay on top of everything. I'm buzzed right now, but like I said, more on that party later!

Well so far I have spent over 500 dollars on just Minimates alone today. Going back in after a while to check for more and see what I might have missed. But this year seems pretty crazy and over packed then the last couple years.

Is it just me? Or are the prices going up on preorders. BBTS wants $18 for each new box set. Creeping up little by little. I guess if prices go up due to costs, its something we got to live with. Just as long as the quality doesnt drop as prices prices rise (Hasbro).

I have to agree with Nervous that, sometimes its easier and less stressful to just pay a premium on ebay and avoid the troubles getting stuff at SDCC. By the time I get back from it this year, I will say why did I waste my time with all the line waiting to maybe even not be able to get what I wanted? But I do it every year anyway. Hell, I'm going to try to sneak out a couple extra merks to use as trade for con exclusives I can't attend!

So is it given out as first come, first serve basis, or random, or is someone choosing to give to the people who have a nice face?

well how many bags are you guys needing? I truly hope that they bring enough supply to meet demand. I myself want to buy around 500 stands total to meet my figures needs. If Zach can confirm that there should hopefully be no problem in stock amounts I'll buy more and pass them along at cost plus shipping.
