I'm surprised Nightcrawler has never seen a regular release, he is a relatively popular character. I like Mate-lac's choice of costume, close enough to the original costume for fans missing the GSX one, but new enough for all collectors to enjoy.

You are right, that is why I just have X-Men Movie customs, there is a slim chance they will release the X-Men Trilogy Minimates, beyond the ones they did in the X3 wave. The main comic Marvel Characters will likely be made, making my custom work pointless.

While some may be sick of Spidey, I feel this is one that actually fits. The symbiote costume was a big part of the Secret Wars, and the Spider-Man mythology after. If he gets voted in, I will welcome the mate.

I really like your Gambit and Dark Phoenix. I'm still hoping DST makes Gambit, but if they decided not to (why? why? why?) then I may have to use your recipe.

I promised myself I could only have ONE of every character on display. The only exception is both Jean Grey and Dark Phoenix, since they are two radically different characters. Other than that, no exceptions.

Agent Zero = Maverick Agent Zero is his more recent codename in the comics, so the movie went with that. I am super excited, as my local TRU got in minimates finally! I picked up the TRU Spidey & Goblin, and the Silver Fox exclusive! Yay! BTW, does anyone want to trade for just the TRU Green Goblin? I just wanted Spider-Man.

Is "ToysRus" Spider-Man different from "Heroes Pack" Spider-Man?

Yay! I got Blob and Wolverine! I really like Blob, I've been waiting for him to complete my movie Brotherhood collection. I'm annoyed that Silver Fox/Wolverine isn't in stock online. My local ToysRus only carries an overload of Superhero Squad. I know, it's depressing. But at least I have Blob!

My list: Elektra: while the original was well done, we could definitely use a more updated one Carnage: he is just too hard to find, and new minimate sculpts could make him look really cool Mary Jane Watson: I would like a Mary Jane figure that doesn't look like a man. The movie one was okay, but still didn't capture the character well. Rogue: The first was disappointing, we need a new Rogue with her more iconic looks. Bishop & Cable: Same as Rogue for both. Nightcrawler: For such a popular character, he got a very limited release. He could use a redo, and should come with a sword. J. Jonah Jameson: While I'm thankful J.J.J. got released at all, I wouldn't mind a figure of him that wasn't The Chameleon. Professor X: His hover chair would be cool... if it doesn't count as a "vehicle." Iceman: I don't like the way the original see-through tint made him look. Doc Ock: His tentacles are not very intimidating. The lego ones look much cooler. An updated Doc would be cool.

Thanks! I'm not sure about the Wolverine movie, since it seems like DST has all the characters covered pretty well (minus, say Gambit!). Also, I haven't seen the movie yet, so I'm not sure how I'll feel about the characters. Right now, I'm working on Spider-Man moviemates to occupy my time until the movie comes out.

I voted Storm, since her 80's look was iconic, it is different than any other Storm look that we have, and I am a fan of the character.

Silver Fox is already out of stock For those who have them, pictures would be nice.

I really like Lorne, and felt he added a unique comedy to a dark show. Plus he could sing! Andy Hallett will be missed.

There is good news/bad news about the upcoming movie Deadpool Ryan Reynolds says in various interviews that he doesn't really feel that he got to play Deadpool, but instead Wade Wilson. He also says he and FOX have different ideas who Deadpool is in the movie. Reynold's quote: "I consider him to be what Deadpool becomes. Or the thing Deadpool came from. It doesn't carry on past that." While it's a bummer that the comic Deadpool doesn't really appear, it also means that a more comic-accurate Deadpool could appear in future installments. It is refreshing to know another person that likes both Cyclops AND Wolverine. For some reason, most X-Fans think they have to choose one over another. I personally identify with Cyclops just a bit more. I think what I like most about Cyclops is that he is a strong, smart leader and strategist... and it has nothing to do with his powers. Sure his optic blasts are handy, but they are not as useful compared to a lot of other mutant powers. In a way, Cyclops is a strong X-Men because of his own human abilities, and not his mutant powers. I think that is cool. I like Wolverine because of his loyalty to his team, in spite his animal instincts and muddled history making him feel like a loner. Plus his fighting abilities and willingness to do anything for his team is impressive. BUT, I don't mind seeing a lot of Wolverine, if he sells, and keeps the Marvel Minimate line afloat, then he is okay in my eyes.

Plus maybe Emma Frost and young Cyclops. There are still options for a box set (I hope).

I remember there were rumors of Hilary Swank filming a cameo as Natasha, but either it was cut, or just a rumor. Black Widow and Hawkeye are both appearing in Iron Man II, as "more than cameos," so her character is becoming more well known to the general audience. Maybe DST is just testing the waters to see if a box set can survive without one of the big 5 being included.
