Zombie Shakespeare

Zombie Shakespeare is a Simpsons reference. It was the first pop culture zombie name that I could think of when I started posting on zombie related sites and forums. Thought it was appropriate for this board since walking dead got me back into minimates after a long hiatus. The avatar is a zombie I drew originally for a t-shirt I made for my brother. It's slightly inspired from the first zombie in the original night of the living dead.

I've never been to a con, but my wife actually suggested that we go to nycc which surprised the hell outta me. I'm not big on crowds, but it would be cool to go, maybe on a Thursday. I'd be bringing my 4-year-old daughter who thinks she's a super hero. How kid friendly are these things?

Does it disturb anyone else that Wasp is sitting just inches away from Magneto's zombie member?

55 is practically elderly for a pro wrestler. Ridiculously hard life. Too bad Hulk Hogan crushed Jesse Ventura's play to form a union before Wrestlemania.

Carol had an already fragile psyche and the apocalypse just pushed her over the edge. She was an interesting character. Not everyone can be a zombie-killing badass.

Ty wasn't that beat up after fighting with Rick. He only had a small band aid on his cheek. This is final moments Ty. With removable head!

I think Farmer Zombie previously had a longer beard, but trimmed it down after becoming a zombie because flesh kept getting caught in it and his zombie dexterity made it difficult for him to pick it out.

I think all the hate flying at these guys is unjustified. They look like pretty nice figures.

Bullhorn. Suitcase. Hoodie with Star. Seems like those might be good to have around. I've been thinking about downloading the first collection of ToT because I knew they were making minimates. DST and Skybound may both get my money, but I haven't committed to either yet.

If DST made an Olaf minimate, my love for them would be like a truck.

Found them in Albany NY. Most WD minimates I've seen at one place to date. Hopefully these TRU exclusives will be a little easier to come by for everyone.

No way. TV Maggie is much better than wet blanket, comic Maggie. Either way, let's get a Maggie minimate.

I was not planning on getting these, but KHAN! face just changed my mind. And now I'm tempted to pick up a Scott Bakula minimate. It may be my only chance unless Quantum Leap or Necessary Roughness mates get made.

I could see not wanting pegwarmers in the summer, but during the winter pegs can get pretty cold and need some protection. Without pegwarmers, you risk peg frostbite, and with no pegs all the toys would just lie on the floor.

Just got these in the mail after taking advantage of the 40% sale. Gotta say that I like these a lot better in hand than I did just seeing the pictures. Especially Wendy, I thought she looked odd and frumpy, but in hand that doesn't seem to be the case. My 4-year-old daughter loves them too. She really likes being able to hide the figures under the floor of the ship. I have to ask, though, what is the function of the tiny holes on the bottom of Rabbit boy's feet?
