Honestly in the 15 years we've been in business, I've never been told that our label was a "blight" to the products we sell, but your criticism is well noted and will be taken into consideration for future shipments. Thanks for the feedback. However, please do be aware that it is our understanding that the 2-pack exclusive is set to have a color label of our logo applied to the window at the factory by DST themselves, which is apparently the way they handle distributor exclusives to indicate an exclusive product for a particular vendor. It's not the label ,its the size & where you stuck it.I respect the fact that you've replied & I take on board your comments about the up & coming exclusives packaging. I recall the Street Fighter AFX & Hollywood exclusives & their labels , obvious but subtle.

Regardless of the fact that the label is easily removed, please email me at the address given on the business card included with your shipment including your order number, and I'll send you a replacement set free of charge without one of our promotional labels. How's that? I appreciate your gesture. The label is easily removed & has been removed,alas the glue & subsequent marking to the 'window' remains. I'm in the UK & my order was for eight....yes ....eight of these,by the eighth removal of this 'promotional' label I began to get the hang of it! I appreciate the offer but i choose to decline it in the hope that subsequent items that you send out to other members aren't blighted in the same manner. Thankyou.

My shipment arrived today from BTTF.com........what the hell is the point of the bloody great label on each box ?I know where I bought them from without this disgusting label defacing each box. What makes it so infuriating is that these are some of the best 'mates I've seen in one of the best packaging designs . Brilliant 'mates shame about the label .

Im in the UK. I buy daily from US suppliers. I specify USPS Global Priority which may surprise you is the US Postal Service. I have never had a problem with excessive delays .You know what , the only time I get a problem is when a supplier fails to use this slightly more expensive system. If you send something via the USPS how the hell is it the total responsibility of the UK PO for a delay in getting it to the customer. As regards your comments re: my country ,I doubt that this is the opinion of a rational person , so get some treatment for whatever ails you. Also it's fucking obvious to me now why you haven't received your 'Free mates from DST 'that you're forever bleating about..... they're probably lost in the post. All Dan was asking for was some advice which some of us freely gave .Here's some for you ...bigotry is a disease of the weak-minded, get some help.

I understand your concerns Dan but the PO is an area where logic goes out of the window. I have had a few bad moments on ebay & its usually the wait for the stuff to arrive. My advice is to politely pester the seller ,emphasis on politely. If they are genuine, they will respond. From their response you'll be able to 'get a feel'. The strike has caused problems for buyers & genuine sellers.

I moved house some months back & have just started to re-organise (find) my collections. Tonight I have been sorting through my Star Wars Kubricks. My love of Minimates is well-documented but I had forgotten (these have been in storage for some while) how wonderful some of these figures are. Hey Omendreamer ,I'm probably older than your dad but your parents wishes are paramount.....however..... 100+ 'mates are a)easy to carry b)important to you ....& c) hideable(is that a word?). There comes a time ....etc. If your dad's having his cards away with him, just take your 'mates,he won't know & he won't mind. I've been watching all this on TV & it's bloody awful, take care.

Damnit, is there some mailing order to this?? I still haven't received my mates! I hope they offer a second award or contest. How about a collection giveaway for those of us that are huge fans that sunk thousands into the line. If you can show your 250+ minimate figure collection with you standing next to it, you get a free "hunt" minimate, etc. Any other Chicago folks who haven't gotten their exclusive minimate?? There are many of us who aren't in the US ,who are Radicals ,who will never get FA from DST . Many of us will never be able to walk into Target & 'clear the shelves of cheap 'mates'. Many of us have collections large & small that we are proud of despite the cost! Most of us aren't whingeing about it though. If you've 'sunk thousands into the line' then buy a hunt' minimate on ebay ,yesterday,one sold for $15.55 , hardly a fortune when you've spent so much. I moved house recently so I'm just re-organising my collection(s). So what? So....I've just found my 'Shrek' Kubrick Box Sets which includes Donkey. He (haw) is going to look awesome amongst Sergio's boys. Well maybe not awesome but bloody funny.

I personally prefer non-sculpted heads unless the character demands it .Probably some of the most popular 'Mates are also the simplest in design,Symbiote Spider-man being the foremost example. C3 'mates are some of the simplest 'Mates yet they have subtle costume & facial expressions that set them above many of the current DC characters.

Kubricks or 'Mates ? If I had to choose I'd go for 'Mates . I collect both & as an insatiable completist there is the chance of 'completion' with Minimates. Kubricks are just so damned expensive unless you stick to the non-chase ,non-exclusive stuff. I have every Marvel Kubrick. These are ....I can't ever explain properly...different ,in so many ways other than articulation ,from Marvel Minimates. There is also something friendlier (perhaps mate-ier) about Minimates when compared to Kubricks . Kubricks are definitely innovative though & some of the Marvel Kubrick Secret Chases are iconic, I refer to specifically Peter Porker Spider-Ham,Doppelganger Spidey & Venom-Ham. These buggers would grace anybody's collection. I reckon I'm lucky to have these & my 'mates. I'll also apologise if I sound patronising when I keep on about cost but lets face it guys, it comes into it.

Could someone tell me whilst we're at it ..what is the difference between the 2 Assault Punisher /Blade ,2 -packs? I refer to the Wave 9 set & the Target 2006 set. Both are listed in the 'Database' & 'Definitive List' ,yet I fail to see any difference in the packaging at all.

A Darktide DVD set is a cheap start ,often less than $10 on US ebay.
