Up to this point, I have the Mark 1-7 minimates and I'll be getting the Mark 42. How am I going to live with that huge gaping Mark 8-41 hole in my IM collection? I cannot wait to see the Embargoed TRU minimates, another armor maybe?

My BW just arrived, she looks even better in person (Even though she has rooted hair).

I just checked my Quinjet and a minimate can fit in the cockpit without modifications.

I just built the new IM3 Malibu Attacks set over the weekend, I swapped out some mates to see how they look. They are just a tad too big.

That trailer was great, I cannot wait to see the movie and see more of Stark's "boys".

I thought that Fox lost the rights to FF last year because they didn't have a new FF movie in production yet...something in their rights agreement required a movie to be every X number of years to retain the rights.

So are the Redacted going to be in the IM3 wave? IM3 doesn't seem to have any spoilerish characters that they are keeping under wraps, or maybe they are doing a good job keeping a secret.

Ms Marvel and Black Widow would be top of my list of additions to the Fear Itself lineup.

I pre-ordered Catwoman, If I end up hating Black Widow's rooted hair I'll cancel.

I'd love a Black Panther since he's not part of my collection and is too expensive on eBay. Another pack of Fear Itself themed characters would help flesh out some of the remaining characters. What was Luke Cage's look when he was a FF member?

I remember the SS LOTR stuff, I actually had few and ended up selling them when I realized I'd never get the whole Fellowship. SSC made the mistake of making key accessories their exclusives, like for example the Lothlorien capes. The exclusive editions quickly sold out and collectors were left without an integral part of the characters look. I do see your point on production cost, I remember SS taking a long time to develop the body they used for Frodo and Sam (And it was still way too tall for a hobbit). If anything, I'd love for HT to just do a DX Gandalf the Grey!

I don't know how "LOTR" prequel he will go, but by adding the full story of what Gandalf does when he leaves the group during the story could possibly fill almost a whole movie there. I'm assuming that a good chunk of movies 2 and 3 will involve Radagast the Brown, Gandalf the Grey, and Saruman the White's battle with Sauron's spirit. I would guess the "prequel thing may be fleshing out how Saruman starts down the dark path. I'm sure Peter Jackson will take some liberties with that story line but I'm excited to see it. The rumored break of the story at the end of the first film is when they escape from the Mirkwood dungeon, so I'm wondering where the break will be for the second.

I got my AvX set today from Luke's store (Thanks Luke!). I love them! I'm really hoping for all the Phoenix 5 to be made at some point down the line. AvX got me back into reading comics on a regular basis, so much so that my wife thought our itunes account was hacked due to the bill from the Marvel Comics app.

My Nick Fury is supposed to be delivered tomorrow! This will be my second HT figure (First being IM2 War Machine). I've got the rest of the Avengers lineup on pre-order so hopefully Hawkeye will be shipping sometime soon. I got fed up with 3.75 and 6 inch collecting and decided to just collect minimates and 1/6 scale. Minimates give me most of the characters that I want and the HT 1/6 are just pure awesomeness (Price not withstanding). I even got the Batman itch and pre-ordered Batman, Joker 2.0, and Bane. I'm on the fence about Bane but pre-ordered him since he didn't require a non-refundable deposit like BM or Joker. I'm sure Catwoman will be added to my pre-order list when they announce her. I am surprised that neither SS nor HT has announced anything 1/6 Hobbit related. If HT does take that license....talk about An Unexpected (And Expensive) Journey! With the third film now confirmed, they could pump out all the major characters over 3+ years.

I think he means MvC3 since they just listed them, and of course there're out of the TRU exclusives from the wave.

Well the studio quashed the notion afterward, so it'll probably just end up being in extended editions like the LOTR movies.

Peter Jackson just said at the panel at Comic Con that he'd like to shoot more footage for The Hobbit (Filming ended a couple weeks ago). The very exciting news (At least for me) is that this could push the story arc to the point where is would need to be split over three movies instead of two!

Seeing the first Lego set for the Hobbit at SDCC really has me wishing there was a Hobbit line of minimates coming.

I'm sure DST had them pull the images because there was an obvious and clear sign in front of them that said no photographs.

I ended up with an extra Connors/Gwen pack so I combined them to form: Oscorp Intern Gwen. I did actually have to find a "non-stub" right arm to complete the look.
