Maybe I completely missed the boat on this, but has it been announced where the SM3 mates will be sold? Are they going to be at Target, TRU, Walmart etc. or just specialty shops? I know the classic line will be at Target, but will the box set be there as well? I want to preorder it, but if I can get it from Target in a few months I don't want to bother. Sorry to bump this... you can all bump me in the head if you want :biggrin: BS

yea, i keep all mine at work so my little girls don't get their hands on them. although, my oldest is starting to sort of collect them and she is pretty good about being gentle, but my 2 year old is a little rough. i have been contemplating bringing them home, but they will go up very high. at my last job my friends used to mess with me and hid them or knock them down, take them apart, repose them into sexual positions... at first it would really bother me, but then i got over it and played along. that would be cool, but i don't see it happening, the production cost would be too high for them to make new molds just for goonies. but like dragonborn said, the bodies could be used elsewhere, still i don't think they will do it, especially since certain characters in the marvle line should be bigger, but aren't. i don't know, i could be wrong... i usually am. it just dawned on me... it was the marvel zombies mates, they came to feed prior to release. they needed the energy for production. BS

So, this is the thing.... I bought 2 packs each of the TRU exclusive 4 packs of New Avengers and Astonishing XMen a few months back, with the intent of keeping 1 and selling the other on EBay. The Astonishing pack never sold, so I returned it to the store. The New Avengers pack sold, but the guy never paid me after like a month and a half, so I never sent the item. I didn't have the receipt anymore, so I decided to open 'em up for customizing and/or giving to my daughter. Well, good thing the guy never paid me, cuz the box was empty Now, I started to wonder if I was going nuts, because I remember checking both packs of Astonighing, and the figs were there, but I thought I had checked the NA packs too but I can't find the little buggers ANYWHERE, even after packing up everything we own and moving, I didn't find them. So either they were never in the box, or the minimate gremlins stole them. Has this ever happened to anyone else or am I alone in my utter confusinsanity ????? BS
