Are these easy to find stateside? I haven't seen any in the UK yet and i really want to get a few of these guys. Gotta get Duke and Cobra commander v1, they were my 2 favourites (all those years ago), even though my Duke lost both his thumbs:)

I wasn't sure about the 24 mates at first either, Jack Bauer seems to be the new spider-man/wolverine This is a very cool set however, i was gonna get a 2nd set to make some arkham asylum inmates, until they announced the silence of the lambs set.

They look great, gotta say that i'm lovin' these BTTF mates. The BTTF2 looks to be another must have.

Yes. i kid you not. I've just opened my Star Trek wave 2 Mates and Uhura's chest has been printed on both the front and the back of her torso. Anyone else experienced this? And does anyone have a spare to trade/sell?

I HAVE just been totally screwed by AFX. I placed seperate orders for Trek Wave 2, BSG Wave 3 and The Defenders Set. Altogether the shipping charges cost me $87 (in in the UK). Someone at AFX decided to ship all three of my orders in one box at a cost of $35.30, which means they've pocketed an extra $51.70! --------- update --------- Ok, credit where credit is due, they replied very quickly to my email and refunded most of the money, minus a reasonable handling charge.

5 "all new" minimates hmmm. This ones really got me scratching my head. Damn you DST and your cryptic clues. I hope that it's either an episode specific TOS boxset or some villains. I'd really like to see some Romulans or some more Klingons. perhaps its a boxset from the all-new movie also due in 2008. Whatever it is i'm sure i'll be getting it.

DC Direct on the other hand love doing figure boxsets with TPBs. They've recently(ish) done Superman and Batman through the ages boxsets, a JLA boxset, Superman/Doomsday, Batman/Scarecrow: Fear ; Batman - The Killing Joke and some others that i've probably forgotten. I'd love to see a Batman 'Death in The Family' and/or 'Hush' Boxset.
