Oh HELL Yes!!!!!!!!!! This is the wave I have been waiting for. I was going to come on here and have a little bitch that Dazzler and Colossus were in the wrong outfits but I read the thread and BAM! both problems fixed. I haven't been this happy since they made a fricken Meggan minimate. Actually this is fighting to be better. Ok in the interest of a balanced view point I don't know why Rogue has been done in metalics and if I ruled the world I wouldn't have gone that way but I don't really care. Who else do we need to make 90's X-Force? For my money if we got the rest of x-force as well as 90's x-factor and Generation x and a giant sized Banshee, Sunfire 2 pack classic x-men has been pretty well covered.

Do we know if Magma will come with a depowered head and hair peice like they did with wolfsbane and sunspot?

I was looking at my minimates and thought that I would really like some more sentinels and multiple men then I have. This is just my opinion but I think there are only about 6 or 7 really good army builder options in the marvel universe and I think they have all been done. So I was wondering what the general opinion would be if we had of got instead of say Nimrod as an army builder a reissue of the sentinels? If they insist they could do some sort of variant (battle damaged or some such)but I would have been perfectly happy with a straight reissue in a new wave. Another possibility is an army builder box set with either for of the same figure or four different army builders if they wanted to yank our chains that little bit. Anyway just wanted to know what you thought

Hell yes Moonstar and Magma have made my day As I have wanted these for ages, it would be churlish for me to complain so I will just state a couple of "suggestions" I agree that Amara should be translucent I would also like her to have the boots and gloves in her lava form with the regular hands and feet for display options But my biggest suggestions are a spare unpowered head and hair piece for Magma and the right Boots and Belt for Dani. But even if none of this happens it's still awesome.

The upcoming storm figure makes this whole line worth while

Not much for me in this wave. The Kirby Thor might be cool but I'm pretty happy with the one from the avengers wave way back when. But I'm glad so many people seem so hyped over this line up.

It is so frustrating that these two could be cobbled together with existing parts so easily and Art Asylum have already created a demand for this 2 pack, that they probably wont bother doing.

I for some reason today got around to pulling my Warlock minimate apart (Boredom probably). Anyway it turns out that under the chest and crotch pieces were some really nice Douglock bits. This now leaves me pulling my hair out screaming to the toy gods (metaphorically)about a couple of simple things that keeps this figure from greatness, The Right arm why oh why isn't the hand piece a slip on attachment like the left arm? yet oddly we have two hand pieces. Then of course It would be nice if we had of had included the boots, gloves and belt (with robo detail) to match the other guys, (of course Majik needs these as well(well she has the glove)). The thing that concerns me the most though is that we may never get a Moonstar or Magma figure and if we do they will be missing these features to save all of 3 cents a figure.

Meg's powers have been a bit all over the place. First of all she was primarily a shape shifter but her powers were empathy based, so if she was cold she would grow fur and when she was attracted to Nightcrawler she began to look more like Nightcrawler (In fact her blond haired blue eyed looks are based on Captain Britain's idea of a perfect female then what she actually looks like). She can also change shape like other shape shifters (Morph etc) but doesn't really like doing this. Then it was revealed that her powers were linked to the earth (especially the British isles) so she could draw strength from the earth and become super strong, she could even grow to Galactus size but she would eventually rip the earth apart doing this. Towards the end of the Excalibur book she could pretty much do anything with her ill defined earth spirit powers including firing bolts of energy and controlling weather. So to answer your question basically she could have almost any sort of lightning or bolt attachment of any colour and still be accurate.

Some ideas that I have been having about this, do you think they might be going for a young girl market and do something like Barbie. I could see these packed as a single figure with maybe 2 or 3 interchangeable outfits. Also if they were aiming a little younger maybe something like the wiggles, or as an outside chance maybe Lockjaw was a test run for one of those pocket pet type franchises you see about. Another girl idea is Twilight which might have some monster crossover appeal. other random ideas Hannah Barbera (I know I was piped at the post but things like wave one with a scooby two pack (shaggy and monster) a Josie and the pussycat two pack (Josie and monster) and an El Kabong two pack (El Kabong and BubaLooie). Wave two a Flintstones two pack (Fred and Dino) a Jetsons 2 pack (Jane and Mr Spacley) and a Huckleberry Hound pack (Huckleberry with some other solo character like Snagglepuss or Wally Gator). If done right this series could do a good 15 waves with out trying if they hold back characters like Barney and Scooby till wave 8 or so. Nice work love the outback customs. The only tiny bit of advice I would offer is I would have painted the green onthe side of rogues torso peice.

I'm thinking of doing a custom of a character that wars elbow length gloves but they aren't skin tight like Phoenix's so painting them on might look crap. Are the any long gloves or maybe elbow pads or maybe even knee pads could maybe work if any are out there. Thanks
