  1. Ok this person is ghosting me, so I'm going to switch things around until I can get these parts made. New custom, new hint: An Eternal whose first appearance was in the 70's. Not an Eternal movie character.
  2. Love these! I definitely need to keep a set packaged - that is just too cool. Ours will go up for preorder tomorrow.
  3. I am probably 2 weeks out from finishing Orb, and I would normally reveal my next custom then. However my next custom needs some parts molded and cast that someone is supposedly working on for me, but they have not been responding to me for the past month, so I might have to reshuffle things. I will keep you guys posted, and I will post a new hint if I need to reorder things.
  4. First batch of SDCC pics courtesy of nandoninny! Not everything is in the cases yet, and more will probably be added to the cases after the DST panel.
  5. I am guessing 2-3 weeks out for us then. ?
  6. This character already has a few comic-based Minimate releases, but no MCU release. I don't have any other MCU custom releases planned at the moment, and I will continue to release civilian MCU characters as stickers in my Luke Crates, but this particular character is visually dynamic and I was able to find the right parts to do it in a way that I can be proud of.
  7. Thanks guys! ☺️ Here is the preorder link: https://forms.gle/iBXyWM72AX18FahU8
  8. I wasn't planning on releasing this custom so soon, so I didn't even drop a hint. But my video editing computer had a critical hard drive failure, so I found myself with some extra time where I would have normally been editing video for my other business. But it was nice to have some customizing time, and I present to you the mercenary known as Orb! Orb includes a blaster and a motorcycle accessory. His eye is actually from a doll manufacturer! Please note that his hands don't fit on the motorcycle handles, so think of it more as a prop than a vehicle, and his head does not turn. He is a limited run of 30, and he will go up for public preorder tomorrow (previous subscribers check your email for the link) My previous custom set, Ogun / Shogun, will be shipping on Wednesday morning. They are complete - we are just waiting for more bubble mailers to arrive. If you preordered my last wrestling custom, Goldberg, he will also be shipping on Wednesday morning. ?
  9. Series 2! We have our preorders up here - they will be solicited from Diamond on Friday, so if you preorder these through your LCS, they won't be able to see the set in their system until then.
  10. Looks like it has arrived in Diamond's warehouses as well - we're looking at 2-3 weeks.
  11. Thanks! Here is the preorder link: https://forms.gle/4owpZwxMK3deATwT9
  12. I know he had smaller horns in his original appearance, but I could only get larger horns for him, which match his more modern appearance:
  13. Before turning to evil, Ogun was Wolverine's mentor in Japan. Ogun learned the mystic arts and the ability to possess others. He used this ability on a Weapon X test subject and renamed himself Shogun. This custom set includes Ogun with his gold-handled katana, and a head and katana for you to make your own Shogun figure. The rest of Shogun's costume is basically a black body - in the photo I am using Black Panther's body, but there are many Minimate black bodies to choose from. The preorder link has been sent to previous subscribers / superfans. He will go up for public preorder tomorrow and I will post the link here.
  14. I'm always on the lookout for new stuff for the next Minimate Showcase Day. Sometimes I find awesome stuff that doesn't really work out for one reason or another. This set is the Mobile Suit Gundam: Options Parts Set, which comes with some really cool Minimate-scale pieces, however the retail price is $40, and the retailer discount is extremely small, so we would have had to mark these at $45, and I just thought that price was too high for what you get. Plus to really make these work well with Minimates, it takes a tiny bit of drilling. The missile and blast pieces have a 1/16" metal rod inside that extend out in various lengths depending on the piece. I am assuming this is a standard connection size for Gundam stuff. I used a 1/16" drill bit to drill a hole in the center of my War Machine's shoulder cannon. The single missile piece and yellow blast piece fit perfectly, although they make him so front-heavy that I had to give him a stand. The double-missile launch accessory has 2 metal rods in close proximity, so I didn't mess with that one. The quality on everything is really good - I just wish the price point was a bit lower.
  15. No one has guessed it yet. Although he was a mentor to one of the X-Men, it wasn't it any comic with X in the title. He cheats death by possessing people.
  16. Chamber is nearly finished - I have been sorting out some sticker printing issues. I expect him to ship in 2 weeks. In the meantime, here is a hint for my next Marvel custom: This character started out as a father figure to one of the X-Men, before turning to evil. The custom will come with extra parts to help you create another villain that this character once possessed, and who shares a similar name and look to this character.
  17. So far on the retailer side of things I am only seeing the Transformers one, but I'm sure the rest are coming soon. Details: Roll out! The Transformers return for this exclusive four-pack featuring the Autobots and Decepticons in their cartoon colors! Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Starscream and Megatron look like they just leaped off the TV screen... and into special edition VHS case packaging! These 2-inch Minimates feature multiple points of articulation and fully interchangeable parts and accessories, and they slide out of an illustrated VHS sleeve! I'm guessing this means not metallic paint like the original releases. I am actually looking forward to more cartoon accurate colors. Preorder link
