  1. So TMNT is a licence I know little about ....I know there are 4 turtle-guys & that's about it so who are going to be the characters in the selection ? Who might be the chase? srsly? TMNT is pretty huge here. I grew up with them and can pass it along to my boys. This past weekend there was "Pop Con" here in Indy. One of the co-creators, Kevin Eastman, of TMNT was here and gave an art lesson to the kids during a panel. it was pretty awesome! My boys are the two younger ones with glasses. Kevin was a super nice guy!
  2. I'm so confused. I thought Zach said the blind bagged mates were a license that has not yet been reveled, mentioned, or shown. so based on that, it cant be TMNT.
  3. I thought the blind boxed mates were a license not yet revealed.
  4. oh Matrix say you? Those are awesome, whoever got those was a lucky guy! Several more lines I would like to get, I mean, I'm sure he would like to have.
  5. I need to find a kubrick dealer...
  6. I've rounded up all the guesses. sorry if I missed a few but I think this is all of them. DC Jason/Friday the 13th Freddy Kruger/Nightmare on Elm Street Halloween Predator Nightmare Before Christmas Cereal Brand Charactors Haunted Mansion Resident Evil Silent Hill Aliens Dr. Who Max Zombies Max Monsters Game of Thrones Disney and Marvel's Big Hero 6. Army of Darkness Hellboy Hercules & Xena Harry Potter Buck Rogers Mystery Science Theater 3000 Disney Villains Golden Girls Godzilla Casper TMNT Planet of the Apes Metal Gear Elder Scrolls Fallout 30 Rock Parks and Rec. Sherlock Buffy the Vampire Slayer Mortal Kombat I was also thinking last night, that it has to be something thats going to appeal to audiences at larger stores like Walmart.
  7. well....all the ones at my TRU you could see very easily. no squinting required.
  8. If you're patient, they don't sell for $50. as a matter of fact, one (BIN) sold for $40 and another (BIN) sold for $45. An auction sold for $16.50.
  9. Aside from TMNT and Predator, I'm also going to guess Game of Thrones. It seems like they have more and more stuff produced all the time. They already have some GoT vinyl blind boxes. I believe they would work for Minimates as well. Which I would buy all of them.
  10. Thank God! I may be one of three people on Earth who doesn't like Dr Who. I dont dislike DW....but I cant say I have ever cared to watch it. Same goes for Star Trek and Battlestar Galactica. I dont have any interest in those properties.
  11. I have always wondered if they were a test run to see how/if AA could do zombies. as in they were just a proving ground before production for WD.
  12. hopefully you bring back your own creations....Pirates, Zombies, MAX....that stuff was cool to.
  13. We are getting Aliens. Aliens and Predator goes hand in hand...so...
  14. this thread just got a whole lot cooler. Pictures!
  15. All I know is, when I go to the store with my kids, they dont care the brand on blind bags...Kree-O, Lego, Knex, whatever. If its a line they like, they want it. If the license is at all popular, I'm sure it will do well. And for us completists, this is nothing new for us, maybe we like the hunt, maybe we like burning holes in our pockets. Either way, I'm in. Actually I've gotten pretty good at "fingering" bags. As one such lady so eloquently said when I was looking for an Emmit for my son. *thank god it's not Star Wars.
  16. ThunderCats may have been the easiest Minimates line to collect next to Lost in Space. no, it wasn't hard to get them....but Thundercats are my all time favorite, next to minimates. When they were combined, it was like Super Christmas. oh, I love star wars, and that's the problem. Have you seen Star Wars Kubricks? NO WAY can I keep up with that. I'm a completist. If Star Wars became a Minimate License, I may have to commit myself. I had a mind explosion when they released Thundercats minimates LOL. If it is Star Wars committing yourself won't help anything, it's like driving on ice, steer into the skid and buy them all! That will be my plan anyway Ha. thats a good plan.

  18. While Lego City Undercover is the one Lego game I have had the least amount of play time, my kids play it a lot. and from what I can tell, has the longest playing time. SO much to do in that game. its worth it. Also I got a used copy from go hastings as I didnt want to pay full price either.
