I don't know if we still meet with their buyers, but I'm sure we still have a relationship, and if they were interested they'd be carrying them. Gamestops by me really cut back on toys a few years back, after the big video game toy boom led them to carry toys that had nothing to do with video games. There was a lot of clearance going on. Haven't been in one in ages, though. And sorry for the bare-bones release, you guys. We're looking into ways to get more stands out to people. Special stand packs for online retailers?

So how did you guys get those things on the Minimate figure? Did you glue it? And you said it came from the Marvel Universe figure?

Based on those images, I'm hoping we're done with the Mighty and the Worthy. I'd rather have duplicates of the regular versions of the Big Guns (to give away to my nephew or my girlfriend's cousins) instead of those things.

I just got a coupon for $15 off a purchase of $50 at TRU that's good Saturday morning from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. I'm hoping they are stocked with these new Minimates tomorrow morning.

I'm all for Power Man, Luke Cage, Carnage, Thunder Bird, Nick Fury, and classic Iron Fist redos. I don't need a Mystique redo now that I found one fairly cheap, haha.

I agree with you there. The older M. Bison is fine. I'd much rather get a Dhalsim or Blanca since they haven't had any releases yet.

Really hoping for the rest of the Classic Street Fighters characters to round out Wave 2 (and hopefully Wave 3). It would be a shame if we get more Ryus and Chun Lis but they never get around to guys like E. Honda, Blanca, and Dhalsim.

Anyone have any good ideas as to who I can use for a male torso with plain black with muscle designs on it? Forgot to mention that it's for a shirt so a flesh colored neck piece would be preferable.

Not all Minimates were 20% off though. The only one I remember being discounted during that sale was the Knight Rider vehicle and figure set. I picked it up for $7.99, I think. I believe that all the Modok and Thor sets were already sold out by that point anyways.

Ken & Guile are perfect. Sagat looks good as does Zangief. I agree that Zangief should have the bulked arms too with that chest. I still can't stand that King figure. He's one of my favorite Tekken characters but I hate his minimate representation. All the other Tekken characters look ok.

I see people are not happy with Sagat. I think he turned out fine. He's not overly jacked but he's tall so I don't think he would've looked right if they bulked him up. It sucks that they couldn't go all the way with the tape detail though and only hit the outside of the hand and feet. I might swap his hands out with Shadowland Iron Fist to see how that looks. I think the problem with King is the chest piece. If it had been a regular bulky chest (like the first bulky Hulk ones) he would have looked great. But he just looks off between the huge chest and the loooooong Leader head. Edit: Just noticed something else I don't like about King - his kickpads. As a pro wrestler that's wrestled for 10 years and wears kickpads like King, I can tell you that kickpads only go up to below the knee, not above the knee and into the thigh area.

You can have all the details and colors in the world but if his head looks like The Leader's, something is wrong, haha. I was hoping that it would be a scutlped 3D head instead of like a slip on mask. I really hope we end up seeing Blanca, E. Honda, and Dhalsim at some point before this line ends.

Sagat and Ken look great! King looks...too big. I think he should have had a regular torso. His head/mask look too long as well.

I finally scored a MODOK today. It's amazing! Definitely one of my new favorite Minimates.

Is that Dormammu/Trish set rare? My local comic shops still have lots of them. Dies anyone need TRU Series 3 of the Marvel vs. Capcom Minimates? My local TRU just got some in.

My friend grabbed a few sets for me when he saw them in Rochester.

After seeing all the cool accessories I think I might pick up this set instead of passing.
