Let's start this up again So we're going to do a little Q&A with Nelson Asencio and learn a little bit of history about minimates. Nelson was formerly Art Asylum's Senior Art Director for eight years! He was part of the original core group up until September 2005 and oversaw all creative from 2-d, sculpts, paintmasters and also worked with the graphic department etc. He was the lead designer on all Batman products (C3, Batman Begins). He also worked in comics many years ago, you may remember some of his work on Shi comcis. He now runs his own company called Storybox Ink. Check out more of his artwork on his MySpace page. So let's get those questions together, again we'll stick to 3 max per person to give everyone a chance (we need more, so you can ask more). Nothing disrespectfull or the like; the staff reserves the right to remove questions as they see fit. Other than that it's wide open. Would love to see a grab-line Black Spidey. *note this is a mock-up, not an actual released set* I'm all for the regular re-releases. It helps out those that missed getting the figures the first go around. IMO the only chase figure that could warrant a re-release is Black Spidey. Why they made that a chase figure to begin with is beyond me But the best way to go with him now is a variant of the variant (ie Grab-line Black Spidey or something similar) I would not be supprised if we see a Black Spidey variant soon in a future wave (especially with the Spider-Man 3 movie out next year). Perhaps a Target 2-Pack of Grab-Line Black Spidey & Sandman
