I'm personally underwhelmed by this wave, but other people seem to be excited which is a good thing. Maybe the TRU sets will be more my speed.

Yay it's back! What a treacherous week it was. I can't help but notice that a all the posts from a few days before the down time are gone. Should we expect those to come back, or are they sacrificed to the internet gods? I only ask because I posted some pictures that are now gone and I'm wondering if I should repost them or not.

Have you seen any of the more recent pics of bane? it looks like they've bulked him up a bit.

According to sideshow, Widow's not supposed to ship until February or March now. Which is a bummer, because I too was looking forward to standing her with Hawkeye and Cap pretty soon. Hopefully she's worth the extra wait.

My DX 12 arrived today. I was crazy busy with work, so I haven't had much time to enjoy him yet, but I did set him up with my Two-Face and Joker. This is my first DX and my first batman. some of the pictures I'd seen freaked me out a little, with the various issuses associated with the figure, but in hand he's awesome!

Silly me. I hadn't checked at Luke's to see if he'd gotten any excusives. Sure enough, he had Morgan, so I'm all set on this wave. That's relieving.

My TRU.com order finally arrived after 2 weeks. It was Lori, which was relieving. Stopped by my local Toys R Us. They had gotten wave 2, but all that was left was 2 Michones and 2 Sailor/Leg-Biters. So if someone would be willing to hook me up with a Morgan set, I'd be greatful. My Have list is linked in my sig, plus my LCS also has a selection of older(mostly Marvel) mates.

Stupid hot toys and their stupid awesome figures(and my stupid lack of restraint). I've held off on the sideshow Snake Eyes figures, but that hot toys one is too cool. I decided to use the $15 off towards him. Fortunately, since they're based on the movie, Snake is the only character I'll be buying. I'm gonna need to start putting in more hours at work...

Well, I placed an order for Morgan & Lori. Morgan was just cancelled, and given what I've seen here, I'm guessing I should be expecting a Michone when "Lori" finally arrives. Guess I'll be finding these sets elsewhere. I really hate TRU...

Yeah, I had originally decided I'd be content with my First Avenger, but I caved about a month out. I haven't taken the clean shield out of the box yet. I'm apprehensive because my FA shield started flaking pretty badly

Took a few pics of my Avengers Cap. The photos don't do it justice. I really love this figure, more than I thought I would, as I initially planned to skip it. I'm very glad I didn't. I can't wait to complete my Avengers!

I used the above, but with a Series 24 Black spider-man head which I slightly tweaked to have a grin.

Is there not a 4th place? the first post says "3rd & 4th place". Regardless, congrats to the winners. It was a really great selection!

Thanks Hellpop! I'm still pretty bitter abount the whole identity crisis thing myself. I'll never get why anyone thought making those two "dark" was a good idea. Oh well, plenty of old stories to reread I suppose. Tenmine: Hawk and Dove look spot on. They really could pass for official mates. Paco: I'm not familiar with the show, but those customs look pretty cool!

Well I think Widow's pretty much been guaranteed as not coming out before Christmas, so I'd say go for something else if you actually want it on the day. Cap and Boba both look like great figures. Are you more of a Star Wars fan or more of an Avengers fan? Personally, I'm getting the Cap figure, but I'm much more of an Avengers fan.

Miry I totally agree with your comments, particularly about Hank. I feel like most writers don't really do their research when writing that character. I wanted to give All New, All Different X-Men a try(although I do feel "Same old X-Men" might be a bit more accurate, but I digress...) I read the first page or two before resorting to just flipping through the rest. I'm not a fan of Bendis' writing, so that's probably most of the reason. I do have to admire his skill to take one of Marvel's more dynamic artists and have him draw nothing but people sitting around talking.

Hot Toys is killin me today. First Coulson, then the BD T-800, which I know is going to be really expensive. Why do they have to keep making these cool things I want! EDIT: Sure enough, the T-800 is $305 for the exclusive through sideshow...looks like I may be using up all the rewards points I'll be getting from the varoius Avengers figures for this guy...Stupid Hot Toys and their Stupid Awesome Figures...
