  1. I think a lot of people might regret not buying them as time goes by. Agreed. These came out at a time when I really had to prioritise and watch what I was spending. When I look back now I wish that I just but the bullet and got them. Who needs food right! Lovely pictures everyone. Always enjoy what's posted in here.
  2. Great trailer, the suit looks good on screen compared to the on set photos we saw. The eyes look silver yet all the action figures (including the minis) have him with orange eyes as per the original test shots we saw. Am I missing something?
  3. Great news! Hope it all goes well and stay in touch.
  4. Also, surely Minimates are to be rolled out as part of the merchandise for this movie....?
  5. Wow. Sounds like a fun movie (enjoyed the clip on the link) and a great opportunity for you so congrats!
  6. Saw the movie last night. It was terrific, absolutely brilliant. So go when it's released near you, buy the biggest bucket of popcorn you can, and enjoy.
  7. I believe it's only in its 2nd year, but heard good things from last years con.
  8. Is anyone coming down to London for Kapow Comic Con on 19/20th May? http://kapowcomicconvention.com/ I'm planning on going at least the Saturday but could do Sunday too. Would be great to meet up at the con or have a few drinks afterwards.
  9. I have been watching your Ghost Rider project with great interest. Fingers crossed for you, as I would love to see them as a set. And kudos on getting the DVD. I gave up on getting those long ago so appreciate how difficult they are to track down.
  10. The single blind packs of these are on offer at Argos at the moment. Only 99p each (wave 2 I believe). They also have the big TARDIS set (the inside of it) for £25.00 rather than £50.00. Can be a pain to track down availability, but luckily their website has a stock check and reserve option. As always, if anyone out there wants me to try grab some, let me know. Broken record.
  11. He's brilliant. Absolutely sensational. May have to sell some stuff to raise the necessary cash. I just wish I could afford to collect this scale properly. I've only bitten the bullet on one figure, and that was Reeves Superman. Considering Keaton Batman too. Did anyone buy the Bat and what did they think of him?
  12. Great video. Some have pointed out that the android from A.I. was also called David. Clearly not linked in any way but fun to let your mind wander for a bit and think that all of the movies are linked. In other news, Fassbender is such a dude. Brilliant actor and seems like a cool guy.
  13. Haven't bought any of the pirate mates so far, but will get the Santa ship! Glad to hear we're getting Kang too. I don't care all that much for him, but it's nice to see some persistence from a few of you guys finally pay off. Great coverage and photos, thanks all of you. Im just gutted I wasn't there. I dream of the day that UK cons are as big as the US ones.
  14. New name too....which is odd. http://geeksyndicate.wordpress.com/2012/02/28/avengers-assemble-in-new-poster-and-a-new-name-for-the-film/#more-39993 I wonder how this will affect their merchandise e.g. action figure boxes already designed and printed up in a warehouse somewhere. Edit: Turns out that it's just a UK title change. Still odd.
  15. Good point! Plus some of us might have managed to snag tickets despite the whole debacle......
  16. I am also interested in this. I'm not the most active member on the board, but I'm always lurking and would be cool to meet up with some like minded people. I am South East based, and London would be perfect for me.
  17. Great photo, very jealous! Glad you had a good time.great day.
  18. Was gonna go, but missed out on the Stan Lee signing tickets so wont bother. Did you get tickets? Going to go Kapow this year I think, and probably the Sunday of the London Film and Comic Con (Gillians Anderson!).
  19. Really? AFX sold out of them? They had a ton when I went by there on both Saturday and Sunday morning... Maybe I shouldn't just use the set I picked up for custom fodder... Yeah in all the excitment I didn't get to the AFX stand until Sunday afternoon. By then they'd sold out, got the StormBreaker set from them though. Nice set. The con really was great....shame my wallet got stolen in Times Square afterwards at least it wasn't before the con, otherwise I would have had no money!
  20. Went the Con yesterday with my girlfriend and little cousin. It was great, I couldn't imagine it would be that much fun. Wasn't able to get the Deadpool Corps set, saw one for sale and the guy wanted $45 for it! MvC3 mates looked great, especially Ameratsu. Zach was cool too, helped my cousin find a gun for his build a mate.....took him ages!
  21. Wow that is brilliant. You should really post these pictures over at GBFans.com for them to drool over. There's a couple of members on here who are over there too, so maybe they'll put them on the GB site.
  22. Terrific job, especially on that Thing! Awesome group shot.
  23. Hot Toys have put up some pics on their Facebook for a Hall of Armour display for the Iron Man (Men?) figures. Sorry to all of you Facebook naysayers but I don't know how to post pics on here.
  24. Don't know if this has been suggested for a future edition before, but an Ice Fortress would be great. Would look great with Supes or any of the S team, and also with the frost giants.
  25. Nice. Where did you get your Fortress set up? I need something just like that!
