Star Wars are all bobbleheads as well aren't they? I didn't realise all the Marvel ones were. Was going to pick up Groot and Rocket, but I hate bobbleheads too!

I preordered them in the car on my way home from the cinema after seeing the movie, couldn't bear to miss out. Delighted they are going to have the potted Groot!

That's awesome BrobotC! I'm not sure what it is, but I don't like the face on the Star Lord mini. Mine will be masked! The black wash some have applied also looks great.

I think we've just made DST a load of money ? Angry Groot would be great, but I'd be just as happy with a smiling Groot. Anyone good with decal work who wants to make up some alternative Groot expressions for us?....pretty please!

We always say this...but this movie is crying out for an NYCC exclusive box set of the main guys in their red uniforms. Same sculpts for Rocket, Gamora and Drax just with different pain scheme. A new jacket piece for Star Lord (unless anyone can suggest a suitable redo) and new facial expressions all round.

Just got back. Amazing movie. So fun and funny. Only one post credits scene, and it was brilliant.

I got Joker 2.0 at a convention here in London this weekend. He was an absolute steal, and is a fantastic figure. Problem is, the door has been opened now, and all of the Dark Knight trilogy figures are on the other side! Need to get some cash together for Bats and try to get a decent priced Bane.

I'm now picturing a scenario at K80s house where Ripley gets invited to a dollies tea party, and brings along her flame thrower, prompting awkward looks from Rapunzel, Barbie and co.

But the hair! I really don't get why they do rooted hair for the females.

In a bind with GotG. Id love Groot, Rocket and Star Lord, but the other two don't look great to me. I'm not sure how id feel about having an incomplete team, or alternatively having 2/5s of the team be sup bar (IMO).

Not sure why I think it, but that sculpt would look great on a Captain America body. Especially the rescue or USO cap. I do quite want Rocket and Groot, but I really don't like Rockets facial expression. He looks too mean. Might see if a different one is released as rumored.
