Hey, dont be so pessimi-- How about just the entire TNG crew? And hopefully DS9? I'd be down for buying every main cast member from every TV series, along with every memorable & toyetic design, but I'd gladly sacrifice every Voyager and Enterprise character for TNG & DS9 minimates! Now that I think about it, it's too bad Archer didn't come with the Andorian Shran played by Jeffrey Coombs instead of that Xindi alien. I'd have bought even more for customizing TOS Andorians. Can't wait to see tray shots of the TRU wave! The accessories are fantastic, and I LOVE the screaming Kirk face!

Ouch! My LCS just got in their sets, and are asking $11.99 each! They had also received restocks on the FF & Outback XMen waves which were also $11.99 each, which I'd bought there months ago at $7.99. Guess I know where I won't be buying any Minimates for awhile! I wanted to support my LCS, but a 50% increase is just ridiculous!

So: The exclusives are Battle Beasts 2-pack Walking Dead 4-Pack Aliens 2-pack (or 4-pack? Even better!) Plus at least one Marvel pack featuring one Uncanny Avenger and likely another Thundercat set

I'm guessing it'll be a storyline set since it's not a team.

I'm all for whatever keeps the line going, but classic versions are where my heart is at. I'm okay with refreshes as long as classic stuff still gets out there too. I already know I'm buying this set (maybe 2) and I haven't seen the pics or read the comics. Realistically, most of us will never be as excited about refreshes as we are about crossing new characters off our wishlists like when we got Kang. But this set sounds like a perfect love letter to the comic stores to get them to carry more minimates, so that's always a plus. Again, quoting Stan the Man, every comic is someone's first, and it's entirely likely this Thunderbolts NOW team is some people's first experience with the characters.

It still astounds me that as Zach stated, the zombie 2packs are the weak sellers in these assortments. Having said that, I've been a bit underwhelmed until this new batch was shown where at Toy Fair there seemed to be a lack of zombies. Seeing more zombies at C2E2 makes me happier. I know I don't drive the sales but I love the zombie 2packs. I would however still like to get Axel in his prison uniform. And add me to the list of those waiting for that Tyrese that was shown last year. Can't wait for that bullet hole zombie. I love all those zombies, and I can't wait to see what alt looks we can make with them. Also, kudos on that Amazon 4pack! That was easy to obtain, and I love to see more, preferrably with more armybuilders (i.e. main characters in swat gear, prison uniforms, and zombie cops!)

So, is Boyd just painting the prototypes, or actually designing the tampos? Because his Puppet Master face looked just as good as the production piece! And I would totally buy his Spider-Slayer (and everything else he's made too, starting with Ardeth Bey!)

For those wanting a white-costume Electra, I'm still waiting for an updated First-Appearance Yellow Daredevil. I would love to see a 2-pack of them. (Or better yet a wave with them and Owl and Typhoid Mary, Gladiator, etc)

You could start by offering it to me I'd give them a good home. Everything from the neck down on B9 looks like a completed production piece. I hope these get released and don't go the way of the TOS Shuttlecraft.

B9 is AWESOME!!! Hopefully one day we'll get a Robbie the Robot from Forbidden Planet. But how is a LiS 2-pack going to work? Is it going to be part of a larger LiS line or a 4-pack? Or is it going to be part of a TV series mashup line, similar to the Sony Video Game line where each pack was from a different property? Or will it be like the Desperately Seeking Susan set where it's just one 2-pack sold through specialty? Whatever the case, as long as this gets released, I'm happy.

I would *love* to get Predator mates, but I'm not sure I want them at the same time as Alien. I had hoped more that it would succeed Alien after it's done (many, many, many waves from now!), to help ease the pain when Aliens ends. Otherwise they might cannibalize each other's sales. Maybe it's Robocop? With a new movie coming soon, now's the perfect time to get out a few classic sets. Or Kick-Ass? Whatever it is, I just hope it's not a video game or niche comic book property. EDIT: HOBBIT! IIRC, Chuck mentioned we might see something by the second movie if it were going to happen! Please let it be Hobbit minimates!
