So finally got mine yesterday and was very excited up until I realized what my roommate was handing me . A padded envelope ...... My joy quickly turned to mild anger :hulk: . It really looked like someone propped it under a wobbly table to make it level. I see most of you opened yours, but even still for 8 bucks shipping I think I should have the first opportunity to destroy the packaging of whatever I buy. I mean, I wasn't even planning on opening mine but lightened up a bit after playing with all the little accesories . So point being did anyone else get theirs in less than stellar condition and has anyone seen if they have any recourse or are we out of luck? I mean I want order another but not if I am going to have the same problem. Thanks!!!

Depending on how big that Bat copter is, it may be in scale enough to add to the batcave arsenal even if the cockpit doesn't open. Rather than paying a bajillion dollars for the C3 one on Ebay.

I was kind of wondering if they reason they came out with a black and white one was because of the paint showing up underneath when you paint them? But the thing is, when you paint something like an action figure don't you prime it first so you don't have that problem and the paint will adhere better? Just curious...

I'm hoping that they will pop up on scifigenre at some point (which usually has these sets for cheaper than elsewhere, and has cheaper shipping), but I have also been put off by the high shipping costs. It's hard for me to justify paying essentially 20+ dollars per set right now. Just the other day this guy (see link below) had the Invaders & IM through the Ages sets for a buy it now of 27.99 with 8.40 shipping. Of course, like a moron, I waited until I got home and they were gone.
