I usually check before going to work in the morning. Depending on my shift, it's between 7 a.m. & 11 a.m. Central. Of course the day I don't check, they will go up.

I'm so glad you posted the email Zach. I opened an Alpha Flight boxset last night & his hip peg was broken. He's now an amputee.

I keep checking BBTS to see if my pre-orders have started processing. Between the FF, "Best of" wave 2, & Marvel Select Rhino, today is good day to be a DST fan.

We've been fortunate to receive so many extra accessories these past few waves that I've been picking up 2 complete sets of each wave. This wave is no exception.

We need a sighting of these in the wild soon so they pop up on the website. I'm getting tired of checking TRU.com every morning before going to work.

Good question. Because the only reason I'd see DST moving toward unique packs for TRU and LCS is if they wanted to burn through more characters. This license might be hot now but it doesn't have the enormous stable of characters that sustains a franchise like Marvel. There are only a certain number of viable characters in TWD that are guaranteed sales. Just speculating (of course) but if the terms of the contract were coming to an end this would be the best way to get as many comic-based characters out there to fans looking to complete their collections. And since this line serves as a litmus test to prove how popular the COMIC franchise is, DST could move on to the TV franchise before someone else scoops that up. Because let's face it; Mezco has probably already taken notice of how these things appear to be selling and they've got all the distribution DST does. I know a couple newbie collectors who are content with the current line but they REALLY want to sink their teeth into toys based on the show. Characters like Daryl and Merle would be must-haves. I want Minimates, not Mez-Itz. You're absolutely right. 4 solid waves & you would have all the main characters from the first half of the series. Minimates are being released faster than new arcs. Pretty soon the line is going to be current w/the book. Renewing the license & tackling the show would be a win/win for comic shops, TRU, DST, & fans of both the comic & tv show variety.

Between the Specialty wave & the TRU wave, a regular Governor & a Battle Damaged Governor would be nice too. I think the chances of us seeing Jim, Donna, Allen, & most of Hershel's kids are pretty slim. Carol is a possibility though. She was fleshed out pretty good. I never cared for Otis or Patricia so they are of no concern to me.

Welp. The 2 Glenn sets I ordered were cancelled this afternoon. No word yet on the Shane sets. The only thing that has shipped so far is K.I.T.T.

I wish Scarlet Witch's hex power thingys were translucent.

I ordered a set along w/a few other Minimates around 10:40 a.m. I've yet to receive a shipping notice. I'm getting worried...

Made a trip to Omaha today & found 2 sets @ the Council Bluffs, IA store.

I'm so in love w/that Morbius. Scratch another one of my Top 10 wishlist. Are there any long, flowing hairpieces available? I might buy a 2nd set just to swap out Morbius' hairpiece.

Finally found time to open both sets this weekend. Is it just me, or has the quality improved? The paint apps in both sets are clean & crisp. Even the plastic feels nice & solid. Odin, Serpent, Iron Man, & Grey Gargoyle are easily my favorites from the bunch. Now I wish DST would finish the rest of the cast of characters.

I believe Morbius is also receiving his own solo book after his stint in one of the current Spider-Man books. Seems like a perfect time to release him.

I, too, need a full set & have been checking the website thrice daily. Before work, on my lunch, & as soon I make it home from work. I'm hoping it's sometime this week.

I wonder what that Hawkeye head would look like on the Disney boxset Hawkeye.
