I would want: Meggan Nightcrawler Colossus (bulkier) Arcade Call me crazy, but I think Arcade is one of those "unlikely" characters, while Juggernaut could easily sell a 2-pack. Put him with one of the Warwolves as an army builder, and give him a color variant.

Mine would be something villain-y, since there are a disproportionate amount of heroes in the line. Yes. Ultimatum was embarrassingly bad. Complete disregard for the universe. Characters acting... well, out of character. A lot of arbitrary deaths to ratchet up a body count for shock value. If someone told me a 10-year-old with ADHD plotted Ultimatum, I would believe them. Nice to hear that the Mysterio arc was all it was hyped to be... I gave up on the Ultimate U after Ultimatum. Which trade or trades do I need to pick up to read the Mysterio arc? And to make this post relevant: I like minimates, and Mysterio is one of my favorites. Also: Did you know that Falcon is the only figure that Mego produced that Art Asylum has yet to produce? (not counting Conan, who isn't part of the license)

I finally picked up Hulkbuster. Holy crap what a cool lookin' figure. The thing is beastly in size and all shiny-armor-painted. Minimates sure have come a long way since Wave 1...

Yeah, that Hellcat is one of my favorites. I debated whitening the eyes, but decided to keep it simple. The Conan is my current favorite -- looks a lot better in person. As for the Wasp, it was a funky costume from the bronze age that may or may not have re-appeared in modern times once or twice. Here's Avengers 195:

Well, the camera's now shot in a tragic kayaking accident (don't ask). So when I do get around to posting pics they'll be crappy phone-cam pics.

I finally got the last piece for my H4H -- hopefully I can post pics this weekend (Misty looks great and is easy; Colleen's a stretch but still cool). As for Power Man, I only used Logan's legs, not his pelvis, as the blue matched perfectly.

If they haven't already done it in one of the eleventy billion Wolverine one-shots, they should totally write a story where Wolvie periodically "kills" himself in order to donate his organs (this is where my mind goes when I see cornea-free minimates). I find it hard to keep up with who has pupils and who doesn't, Bishop's missing 'em too. Wolvie's missing pupils *might* indicate that the set comes with a new Wolvie mask with eyeholes. Would be cool to have a properly-colored mask to pair with the Daken Wolverine so we could cobble together an updated brown costume Logan.

I'm just not a fan of the 90s X-Men, but I'm happy for those waiting for a Jubilee and jheri-curl Bishop. "S&M gloves Magneto" could be cool for a New Mutants display I guess. Or maybe those gloves are veterinary, and he's going to assist with an elephant birth? Shirtless Wolverine is a pretty lame variant. Where the F are the villains, I ask you?

I don't; have one yet -- I've been waiting to post one when I finish the rest of my H4H customs. If I have time on Friday maybe I can snap a quick pic of just Luke though.

This set's totally boring to me... hoping they hurry up and announce an Inhumans box.

I don't know, tenime. boxes like Infinity Gauntlet, Defenders, and Champions were pretty unique-heavy.

Another great, simple mod is to take Power Man from the excl. 2-pack, give him S3 Logan legs and FA X-Men yellow boots. Instant bootcuff-eriffic Luke Cage.

Based on the suggestion of one of the board members, I took one of Bucky-Cap's red wristbands and added it to Red Skull's left arm to make him more Nazi-riffic. I then had the idea to use an x-acto blade to trim the hair, ears, and peg from Blackhawk's hat to make a great-looking Nazi Skull. A little black marker on the exposed white plastic of the hat (post-trimming) adds the finishing touch.

I could use a Stryfe part or two for a custom, so I'm game for him. Also any Feral bits I could use to fake Wolfsbane would be neat. But I'm sayin'... Lockjaw outta nowhere probably means Inhumans.
