For the record ... Minimates will be around long after we are all dead and gone. :biggrin: I think I'd like to see red and blue energy superman as mates. Just a stray thought.

It's early Sunday morning for me and words can't describe how happy I am that Marvel is still alive and kicking. The wave with Nova, cloak and dagger and the rest look incrediable!!!!!!!!! Words can't describe my joy at the iron man wave. WOW VIVA MARVEL MINIMATES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When a company offers a box set, who decides what the box set should be? With the recent Defenders set, did the company ask you for the Defenders or just ask you guys for a box set and you decided the content? Just wondering who I should lobby for a Young Avengers box set.

All I can say is WOW. Oh yeah, and I want it. BAD.

Had to go to Ebay for mine last year, paid a hefty price. Was it worth it? For a completest, I guess so.

Got them today and loved them. What detail, what accessories! Bring it!

It's been a really long time and many other mates have come out since these were solicited. The movie is long since out and even the DVD has been long in the stores. According to Diamond Select Toys, this wave will be out next week. Is there any point and do you think they will release it to what will likely be slow sales?

Until this year, I've never had an issue with the quality of my mates. When I did have two issues this year -- hydroman arm and rocky's missing hair, DST resolved them quickly and efficiently. What more can you ask for in a company?

Local comic store for me, they have been good about ordering the mates I want and need. If all else fails, I turn to ebay.

None actually are screaming out for a re-do, but I voted for Bullseye. An avengers era beast would be cool, but we've gotten two beasts thus far.

I think the characters from the classic series deserve the mate treatment. I know it's not happening, but would anyone else like to see this group "mated"?

I'd buy them all, but since I've been pushing for it, I voted for Young Avengers ... and it's a pretty lonely vote apparently. My next set a tie between Ultimates and Squadron Supereme.

This is interesting and annoying. My LCS had the full set of Star Trek with varient waiting for me. That was good. They did not get Battlestar Galactica, that was bad. Last time around, they said they couldn't get BSG, but would be able to get the second wave. I shot off an email asking if I should wait or look around. Rocky is out as well? huh? Really? Oh, and last time around, Suncoast got BSG the week the comic shops did.

That was a hard choice. I went with Wrecking Crew. Those guys are tuff and seem to be around a lot lately. Plus, I'd get another Thor. The box set I really want though is Young Avengers. Wiccan Hulkling Patriot Stature Hawkeye For varients, Speed or Iron Lad.

Must be that West Coast thing, they are closest to the port and deliever the chinese goods, after all. Wow, one more week. And I think the Avengers wave is supposed to be out next week. I need to start saving or pick up an extra shift.
