That is my point though. Even though most of the accessories suck (In your opinion), the fact is that they still had them. I just like a little more bang for my buck is all. Maybe I am a little more focused on the one negative thing about this line but it is true. The concrete slab was the coolest thing about that episode and even though they are of no use for minimates or even action figures, the picture (frames) were pretty important to the characters they belonged to. Looking at this wave it would have been cool if Leoben had a kitchen knife. Or even toss in a couple little containers that we see lying all over the Galactica in every episode.

Wow! those are so nice. I can't wait to get them. EDIT: Wow, not much in the way of accessories like the regular waves. That is kinda a downer.

I am in hopes that series one and two of the BSG waves sell well. If they do, maybe there will be some brand new sculpts for wave three. Like Helo in a marines outfit. Remember that waves one and two are just parts reuse and sculpts from a canceled series with nothing new added. Which makes sense from a business perspective to not put more man hours into a line. And cdubya, funny story. My first Star Wars was ROTJ, and yeah it is a little strange knowing the ending to a story and going back to watch the beginning for the first time.

I would love to see DST team up with Dynamite Entertainment to make some minimate box sets. Red Sonja Project SuperPowers And espically some BSG comic series.

Not sure if it is too early to start the ol' wish list. But somebody was going to eventually. Here are my predictions for the Battlestar Galactica TRU exclusive wave 3: Canceled after only two waves...... Just kiddin'. It seems that TRU has a lot of love for DST and their Marvel/Trek/BSG lines with all the exclusives they have released. The 7" BSG figures are up to four waves already, which is a feat all its own. So it seems like a pretty good chance that this line will continue past the two waves and mini flyers we have on the way. I do stay true to my earlier rants that TRU will be the only way this line stays alive. So, what are your predictions? Mine: Season 4 Baltar / Civil War Cylon (Red stripe) New Caprica Tigh / Civil War Cylon (Red Stripe - different style then the one before) Racetrack / Stealth Razor Cylon (Hey, if they can have a gold Cylon, they can have a stealth Razor) President Lee Adama / Romo Lampkin (with cat carrier) Roslin (Red dress from New Caprica) / Adama (Mustache/glasses) That is what I think the next wave will be if we get one. What do the rest of you think? Also, For more mini flyers, I would love a Mark II and the Blackbird.

They released a Spider Car with the Pocket Super Heroes line, but it doesn't look too similar as you compare them. I still have mine. I believe you are right. I think I am thinking of the old 12" GI Joe yellow vehicle that had a similar shape. So many toy lines, so little room in the ol' brain

Because I kinda turned this thread into mostly talking about Studio Ghibli, I thought I would share the news that there is a good chance Miyazaki may be there. You gotta figure the cost of them either driving to their local TRU or paying for shipping online, plus they have to generate a profit somewhere. Yeah, I can understand all the costs going into it. Though I doubt they will only be going to their local TRU for just the BSG mates I just mean for the average collector looking on their site and seeing a complete wave 3 going for like $12 and wave 4 for like $8, seeing these for $14 a single pack might look a bit out of place. But hey, I think it is great that BBTS will have some for sale to help the international collectors.

Did not see this on here yet but BBTS has wave 1 and 2 on preorder for 13.99 a pop. Wow, that seems like a lot.

You only have one eye BHM? The funniest scene is when Baltar is getting his brain scanned. James Callis did a wonderful job with that character.

I was thinking on the way to work today that nothing here is a new design/mold. They are all already made designs. Maybe if they sell well we will get brand new stuff for wave 3. Anybody else notice this? No extra man hours went into the designs, they just had to get the factories to make them.

Ouch BHM, my brain hurts I don't have any fancy words to add, but don't some of these merchants also give some sort of credit (after a length of time) that the corporate can use to 'mark down' or 'clearance' some of the wares if they do not sell? So that nobody gets stuck with unpopular products?
