  1. Man, so many more characters that are hoped to be made. The Inhumans, more Asgardians, more villains, more Avengers! I wouldn't even be opposed to more X-Men if they'd complete sime teams.
  2. Odin & Beta-Ray Bill 2-Pack anyone? YES! And a Balder and a Sif and Heimdall!
  3. Heck yeah! I hope they get to making: Kang Wasp Giant Man/Yellowjacket/Ant-Man Black Panther Odin The Warriors Three
  4. 1 Mike Allred's Madman 2 Mike Mignola's Hellboy Sure, there are others I'd like. But these are the two that I want the most. 3-15 would be other characters from these comics.
  5. I guess it's too late for me to get a variant McCoy anyplace.
  6. So none of them came with the hair they should've? Man, I got a broken Hydro Man and a broken Spidey from that set. And now I have this to look forward to? The people at DST are gonna think I'm scammin' 'em!
  7. Thor's head looks good with the Aquaman head, too.
  8. I think the only thing I don't like about them (I picked them up today) are the big chest peices. Wolverine doesn't need one and it just detracts from the figure. And both his and the Hulk's are (like has already said) floppy. I also wish that Colonel America had a cowl peice to take off and that they would've kept the original chest detail on the promo pics of the Hulk. Ah well. These are great and I ordered a 2nd set. Did anybody else notice how on Spider-Man's left leg there's the place where either some skin paint or some clear plastic should've gone because of the detail but it's painted over blue? I'm thinking about cutting that out to show the ball-joint underneath like a bone. Gotta practice on some spare parts first, though. Now if we can only get a REGULAR Giant Man and Wasp!
  9. Indiana Jones Star Wars (classic!) Kill Bill/Pulp Fiction/Planet Terror/Death Proof Madman, Hellboy, Invincible, the Goon and Savage Dragon Masters of the Universe
  10. Indiana Jones would be excellent. OOH! Or a Jaws set with a shark! You could get a Robert Shaw (as Quint) minimate! That'd be the best! "I'll catch yer shark fer ye... but it ain't gonna be easy... bad fish... swallow ye whole... "
  11. I got my set today in the mail from Storm 1:08 and they're so excellent! It's hard to believe they're finally out. A little sticky tack on the hairpeices keep those from being too loose and a sword from Aragorn in the LOTR stuff makes Loki look even cooler. A Tony Stark hairpeice on Wonder Man and a New Avengers Cap head on Thor fits the bill, as does a black torso under Thor's chestpeice all sum it up nicely. The only complaint I have is Wanda's hex-bolt being too loose. Heck, I even made some teeny-tiny scratches on one side Thor's hammer so that it'd look more like his with the words on it!
  12. At Target today I found some small half-plastic/half-die cast Justice League Unlimited figures that are a little bit taller than minimates and only move at the waist. They're 2.99 and they had one Aquaman. It's the green pants, shirtless version with the hook hand. I picked it up, went home and cut it off. Then I put it through the hole where the hand goes on the Spider-Carnage metal bracelet and used a teeninsy (tee nine see) dab of crazy glue to get it to hold. And there you go. Looks great. My Aquaman variant is: Gollum torso, arms, hand (all cleaned of the dirt with paint remover) Sabertooth/Bearded Sentry hair Bearded Sentry head Aquaman legs, crotch and feet. Looks damn good and thought you guys might like to know. My camera is broken, so no picture I'm afraid. -Matt
  13. My Avengers are gonna team up with my Justice League to battle... umm... I don't know who. hahaha I think the thrill of having Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver, and Hank Pym (Giant Man zombie body with Aquaman head and lab coat) is going to be enough to satisfy me.
  14. I want to know what the limited accessories are that're gonna drive us bonkers.
  15. They said my Zombies 5 pack which I figured they'd forgotten to order like they did my Series 16 set is coming in this coming week. So everybody should go check with the LCS they go to and see. I'm actually kind of looking forward to getting this set (now that Series 16 is out and so very awesome). -Matt PS - Yeah, I guess it means East Coast. I never think of myself as that, though, since I'm in NO COAST Arkansas.
  16. Storm 1:08 is helping me out with this set (minus the so-so variant) since my comic shop dropped the ball. From the pictures these look absolutely wonderful and I plan on buying extra sets later on down the line like I do with DCD's when I can afford it. These look so GREAT I can't take it. I'm really dying to get ahold of 'em. And those legs/arms on Loki look like a surefire fix to a Classic Vision. ... if only we didn't have to wait so long for that set! In the nicest way possible, I'm so jealous of all of you who have these.
  17. I voted Classic X-Men since I think it's silly these haven't been made yet. A close CLOSE damn second is that Brotherhood set.
  18. While none of these to me scream to be re-done, I'd much rather have a classic blue furry beast from his stint in the Avengers. I'd really like a new cape for Dr. Doom, but not enough to warrant replacing some new character with a re-hash.
  19. My shop said they'd order them for me. And they didn't. @*#%! You guys are lucky. If I want to get them from my LCS I have to buy a case, which I can't afford right now. Suck, suck, suck. I hope to live vicariously through all the soon-to-be posted pictures on here.
  20. I'd have voted for the original line-up of the Masters of Evil, too. But a complete Sinister Six and a Shocker and Lizard would be a thing of beauty.
  21. Where'd you see this from DCD? That's great news if it's true.
  22. I bought two of them because it reminded me of the Super Powers Batcopter of my childhood. It was a really neat set with the winch and all. The Batman figure has a good blue bodysuit body when you take the helmet, cape and chestpad off and could make a pretty generic figure for your collection. I wouldn't pay an arm and a leg for it unless you can afford it, but if you happen to see it someplace for what you can afford and like the looks of it... heck, snag it up.
  23. I'm down on the Red Son figures because they're characters that already exist in another form. So sure, they look neat. And I'll buy them, of course. But I have to think "Boy, I sure would like a Donna Troy and Changeling".
  24. I was at the convention all 4 days. And these figures looked GREAT. I'm bummed about the Red Son stuff but I hope some others will be happy with them. Getting a Salaak is the bee's knees and the cat's ass! Plus, that Montoya question minus the hair peice with a Rocky or Marty McFly w/hats will make a perfect original Question.
  25. I was there all 4 days and just got back. And they looked great.
