Ah man, if I had any idea what I was doing I would totally help out to get this done. Colonel Tigh needs a place to yell at people about his missing wings. Yes, could imagine a BSG hangar or the CIC. That would be so nice looking.

Ok, cool. I guess it's a good sign that some of the fig packs are out of stock (I'm assuming that's because their sold out). Maybe they could bump the price up for the Raptor a bit and include two figs. One as a pilot and one for the back area.

I had been out of the loop on BSG Minimates for a long time and I'm super excited to see the vehicles come out, but I do have one question: has DST/ Art Asylum said anything about the possibility of a Raptor or the Viper Mark II? I hope the Mark VII and Raider sell well enough to justify it.

BigBadToyStore.com also has the various sets of Series 1. I just got my 8 pack in (includes the chase) today and it's really awesome!

Exactly. We need guys for the classic Cylons to fight and vehicles (including the new Raptors) for both sides to fly. Without vehicles, they're just little Apollos and Starbucks floating in space.

Open 'em! It's like having an awesome car sitting in the driveway, take it out and enjoy it! The only things which should just be displayed are pieces of fine art.

Well that's great to hear. I know a lot of classic fans would love to see these come out. Now, let's get them to reconsider those vehicles!

Yep, we'll be getting a 2 hour TV movie that deals with the backstory of the Battlestar Pegasus before it met up with Galactica (which will go to DVD almost immediately afterward). That's expected during the fall and will tie us over until Season 4 airs in 2008.

I absolutely loved that episode. So satisfying. We get the return of Starbuck and the hunt for Earth continues. RDM has said that Starbuck will be in Season 4 and that the song choice at the end of the episode will prove to be important as the show progresses.

She was wearing it in "Downloaded," when the parking garage collapsed. It was dark though, so the top looked more black than red. That's also the episode that that Sharon is from. Okay, I remember Sharon's from the apartment, but I didn't remember D'anna's from that episode.

I don't remember D'anna wearing that outfit. The first time we saw her was in that yellow suit and more recently in white.

Yesterday's episode was awesome in all kinds of ways! Probably my favorite since "Exodus Pt II". It had the Season 1 feel and that's not a slam to 2 and 3 (which I think are still better than the best of any other show). After these next few episodes, it's gonna be such a long wait until Jan 2008. Ahh!

Well they all call them "toasters". In the miniseries, Six stated that "those models still have their uses", implying that those olders models are still used in some form or fashion. The Caprica spinoff show should shed some more light on the original Cylons.

Is there any way that AA/DST might get our point, because I'm sure we're not the only ones wanting these. Old school BSG fans are clamoring for anything, I'm sure.

That's a real shame. Those vehicles looked great. I'm not a fan of the classic show, but I do respect it. I hate it for their fans who seem to get stuff told to them time and time again, only to have it fall through (ie BSG continuation series on FOX, the CGI series, etc).

Is it true that the vehicles (and the original BSG) have been canned? I think that's a real mistake on AA/DST's part. I would have certainly bought them, and I'm sure a lot of other people here would have too. Is there any chance we might be able to get them to change their mind on this?

It's funny that we're getting a Dee and all these other supporting characters but Laura is apparantly an exclusive. Laura is #2 in the show, IMO, right behind big Bill Adama.

Hopefully she'll come with an airlock. She totally scared the crap out of me a few episodes back with her "THROW HIM OUT THE AIRLOCK!!!" thing. Don't make her angry.

I'm sure I've said this before, but Serenity! Have 5 packs of two and you've got the main 10 characters- Mal and Inara, Wash and Zoe, Jayne and Kaylee, Simon and River, and Shepard Book and The Operative. Viola! Diamond Select has the liscense now and it would be a nice redemption since the action figures were... lacking.
