If 74 isn't comic based, does that mean it's the Ragnarok wave? I hope we hear more about these comic based assortments soon.

I just picked up the Jessica Jones box set from my LCS. I'm not opening it until Christmas, but I can tell through the packed that the "It's Patsy!" TV design is on upside down. Wave 70 still hasn't shown up, so I'm guessing that'll be next week with 69 and the blind bags. That's Christmas- long awaited and exciting but very expensive.

Oh, that's interesting. I'll admit I wasn't looking at the trailer very hard. Assuming they both have significant roles, maybe we'll get two heads, like we had for Sin-Eater.

Apparently Logan Marshall-Green will be playing yet another villain.

I'm pretty sure DST will skip some of Peter's peers for a version of him. My guess is pretty much the same: Spider-Man/Shocker Vulture/Tinkerer Peter Parker/Ned Leeds Aunt May/undisclosed villain TRU: "Homemade" Spider-Man/Iron Man I could see the still unknown other villain being replaced with another civilian, though. Maybe Liz Allen?

Am I wrong in thinking the wait between wave 69 (12/14/2016) and this wave (probably some time in May, based on other moviemates) seems unusually long? Maybe DST's going to try to get the minimates in store ahead of the movie this time? Since the Wolverine wave is supposed to tie in to Logan (March), wouldn't it make sense for that to come out first?

He's not going to reveal it here, though. We'll get teasers here, but the actual reveals are almost always somewhere else.

I guess that makes sense. I don't have any real interest in a Tony Stark being in this wave, but he just seems like a likely candidate. I don't know.

Why? There hasn't been any secrecy about his presence. I doubt we'll get an Iron Man (if he suits up) for that reason, but I don't see the issue with a civilian Stark. Apparently the bond between him and Peter will get a fair bit of screen time.

I know what you mean, I have trouble keeping up with the regular waves. My personal "grail" is MvC3 Magneto, but the cheapest I can find him is about 40 dollars loose. I'm surprised he didn't get a Best Of rerelease. I mean, come on. It's Magneto!

I think the Blue/Gold looks have a pretty good place in my mind. I'd definitely buy them if they were rereleased, but I don't like them so much that I absolutely have to own them, and there's no way I'd buy them for eBay prices. Congratulations, though.

Kind of off topic, but I hope DST can release two comic waves between this wave and Thor: Ragnarok, so they'll be able to do something special for wave 75. Wave 25 had the first army builder, and wave 50 was the fan poll wave, so it would be great if DST had something planned for 75.

Has anyone tried cutting through a non-blasting Cyclops visor to insert an extra optic blast part? I got a spare ANXM Jean/Cyclops on sale to make civilian versions.

Has that been confirmed? If so, I'd say that's a pretty safe bet too. Maybe as a TRU exclusive.

I'm surprised by all of the problems people have been having. Between my Storm and two Nightcrawlers, I had no issues with the alternate heads.

I'm pretty sure they aren't going to be MCU designs, just MCU characters. Some of them will probably look like their MCU counterparts, but they'll likely look the same in the comics, as well. I'm very lucky to have found Iron Monger for fiveish dollars loose along with some other IM movie 'mates. I got the BD version too, but the paint isn't perfect.

I'd say Spidey, Vulture, Shocker, Tinkerer, Peter Parker, Aunt May, and Tony Stark (or Iron Man, if he puts on the armour) are locks. Other guesses: "Michelle", Flash Thompson, Liz Allan, and Ned Leeds are going to appear, and there are several actors with unspecified roles, notably Donald Glover, and an undisclosed villain played by Bokeem Woodbine or Logan Marshall-Green (the other will presumably be playing Shocker). I guess Happy is possible too. Maybe: Spider-Man/Shocker Vulture/Tinkerer Peter Parker/Michelle Villain/Flash Thompson TRU: Tony Stark/Aunt May

I'm guessing TRU will pick up this wave, since it's Spider-Man.

I'm hoping to see some of the major MCU characters I still need comic minimates of, like Black Widow, Vision, Doctor Strange, Black Panther, Scott Lang, Wasp, etc.

As a fan of both X-Men and fighting games, it is pretty disappointing, especially since Logan's been around so long. (I'll be fine as long as we get minimates, though.)

I'd say Mimic, Toad, or Mastermind for 60's.

That's really too bad. I definitely agree about the accessories and 90's rereleases/updates, though. Archangel really needs one too.
