I still think it's Assassin's Creed, especially now that Mortal Kombat's been shot down. I'm not too upset about it not being MK, the designs would be nice but I'm not really a fan. (Fun fact: Despite having just read "Mortal Kombat", "MK" and "Kostisfire" still registers as "Moon Knight" for me.) The only PotC character that's must-have, in my eyes, is Jack Sparrow, but the others look interesting. I hope we see the blacked out figures soon, and that this does well enough for DST to do at least a "best of" series for the last four movies. I'd love to see a Dead Man's Chest Norrington, since he's my favourite character. It's an exciting license with lots of possibilities if it's successful, it just makes me wish I had the space for a proper moviemate display.

I'd guess they'll be in the TRU assortment Zach mentioned in the other thread. I'm sure at least one of these figures will be LCS exclusive so assuming it's a three pack TRU wave, there'll be at least one other TRU exclusive. Maybe the original Night Owl or Silk Spectre?

Will there be some crossover between the two?

If DC Comics minimates returned, I'd be most interested in Golden Age characters (specifically JSA), New Teen Titans, classic JLA, and classic Batman.

That's a shame. I really wanted the standard Cheshire Cat.

Watchmen 'mates is exciting. I've never really been a fan, but there are definitely some good looks. Hopefully DST approaches this like Aliens and makes everyone they possibly can.

That Predator Hound looks fantastic! I'd be interested to see what skin tone Isabelle will have. If I can use her head for my Kitty Pryde QC, I'll likely pick up that set, despite having never seen a Predator movie. Detective Lambert looks nice too, especially for a civilian minimate.

My username was the name I gave a line segment in a dull math class. An odd origin, but I've kept using it for most websites. My profile picture is a Nightcrawler minimate from MMDB (Hail Ivan!) during April Fool's Day (my birthday), where all the images had a "neon" style. I was just reading back through this thread, and the MMMV has really changed in eleven years...

For me, the biggest issue is the mismatch between the face tampo and the body sculpt. The easiest way for DST to address that would be to make a new sculpted head piece to match the rest of the figure.

The one that was posted here used a marker from a gundam model kit.

Weapon X & Deathstrike and Mojo & Spiral are shared, but LCS has BD Wolverine, Silver Samurai, and the Hand, while TRU has Tactical Wolverine and Now! Magneto.

Yeah, I'd guess a green gi with yellow trim will be his finale/Defenders look. In terms of minimates, we likely wouldn't get that design until the Defenders box set(s)/wave.

I'm guessing something like this will be his main look: With something more classic appearing in Defenders or late in his show.

I've never really been a fan of DC (with the exception of B:TAS and The Flash show), but I'd love to see the costume variations DST could come up with for a DC Comics Minimates line.

I found these on DST's Twitter. Rocket's head looks much better, but I'm still not sure about Groot's colour.

Star-Lord and Drax look like big improvements over the previous versions. It's a shame that I'll likely have trouble finding Drax, what with TRU Canada not stocking 'mates, since he looks so much better without that chest piece. Gamora and Nebula look good. Yondu looks very similar to his last minimate, but I don't have it so I don't mind. I can't say I really care for Taserface's design, but I'll still get the pack because of Mantis, who looks fantastic. Rocket and Groot look great too, but I'll echo the previous concerns about Rocket's head and Groot's colour.

Yeah, that would have been much better than the origin we got.
