Well - at the moment, It's a Tie between Excalibur & The Sinister Foes of Spider man. Bob Harris set the rules about voting thusly: How are votes counted on box sets with multiple character configurations? Since there are technical problems otherwise and I don't want to come up with a third poll, here is how those ones will be counted: If you love to see a box set with several character arrangements being minimaterized, just vote on your favorite roster. At the end all votes on a box set's main theme (written in capital letters, i.e. INHUMANS) will be summated to give this theme an overall score. If for instance the Inhumans will receive 3 votes on each of their 6 character configurations, Inhumans in general will be regarded as having 18 votes. That is the score which decides whether they are in the top5 in the end or not. As for the Excalibur choices: We still need a Cap B, and a Rachel Summers, not to mention an old-school Shadowcat. No-one will boycott the BoxSet (assuming it gets made) for having Nightcrawler over Meggan, But she would be the 'Jewel' or 'Thunderbird' of the set: the character that wouldn't get made on her own, so it'd be a shame to have her knocked out of the set to make way for a 3rd release of Nightcrawler (who will quite likely get a re-vamped 'Mate in the future anyway). *Vote #1 Meggan* *Meggan for President* *Meggan = No.1 MILF* *Make Mine Meggan*

wow - 90's X-Men & Alpha Flight were two of the highest vote getters in the original poll, but are hardly registering now that we only get one vote each. I guess they were everyones second or third choices. 4 Votes unaccounted for in the final poll - i'm getting mighty nervous to see where they go. I was wondering the same thing when I saw the pic of them.....although I cant place which characters would be in a set from it....not enough big names, too many one off type or already done type characters Jeff of the Miniacs You're right. We already have a Cloak & Dagger, And the Defenders Namor is pretty much the same. Daken Wolverine is coming out with the DarkAvengers set. Professor X has had a release. That leaves the White (Black) Queen, The Omega Man (No, i don't mean Charlton Heston, I just don't know this guys name) & Angel(?). Not really a box set, is it? I'd love to see a Sisterhood of Mutants Boxset featuring: Spiral, Goblin (Red) Queen, Mastermind/Lady Mastermind & Chimera/Lady Deathstrike. Although i think this is a bit of a long-shot. I don't think either Dark X-Men or the Sisterhood have received enough exposure to warrant Box-Sets yet.

From what i can tell, No - he wont have his Elbow blades (or whatever they were . . . it's a shame we never really saw him use them in a battle). I think this would require a little too much retooling of the MiniMates fore-arm pieces to make this feasible for a one-off costume feature. I still think he looks wicked-cool though

Yeah - i keep telling myself that this will be just a fun wish list type of thing, so i don't get too hopeful. Still, it is VERY fun to see who people wanna see made into a box-set. And i'm also personally a bit stoked to see a couple of people voting for line-ups that i suggested (one of the AOA rosters & an Inhumans roster) WOOT! *Meggan = No. 1 MILF* Ok - so she's not actually a mother. . . but i'm running out of pro Meggan slogans.

Yeah - i'm a bit bummed at the ratio of 3 repaints to 1 new sculpt in each pack, which is why i picked up the 'Hunt for Sinister' pack, as it had 3 new sculpts. But i still think i'll pick most of them up to try and boost my villains collections. (Except maybe for the Wolverine Movie pack) I have them all posed around my Marvel Legends BAF Mojo as his army of X-Babies :tongue:

I bought all the 'Staction' figures that were sculpted by T4H and was pretty bummed that more characters didn't get released. These classic' figures are rad too, but i don't think i can commit to another line of MOTU figures . . . especially when so many i wanted weren't released last time.

For the first time since waves 1 & 2, Superhero Squad are available in Australia. I walked into my local Target on ym weekly hunt for toys (which for the last 2 years has been a total waste of time) & found the Wolverine Origins comic series toys AND 4 new SuperHero Squad 4 packs. I bought myself the 'Hunt for Sinister' pack & will be going back for the 'Coming of Apocalypse' & 'Battle against the Blob' packs. The 'Hunt For Sinister Pack' had to be my first buy because it gave me my fave villain, a new sculpt for Cable (the first one never made it to Australia) AND a new FEMALE character. I'm not a huge X-23 fan, but i love seeing villains & femal characters get released. Sorry about the gushing guys. I was just very stoked & happily surprised to find these here and not have to order them on eBay for twice their value. (tears of joy)

Not entirely true. One of my Fav X-books on the market is Astonishing X-Men for that reason. It focuses A LOT more on the idea of them as a team rather than individual, stand-alone, Logan (the new synonym for individual, spotlight, and asshole) comics. And it still has Scott in control. Although i'd love to know where this Emma's-in-the-Cabal thing is going... Actually - that's true. I do enjoy Astonishing as well. . i just wish it came out a bit more regularly. I thought once Joss 'the Diva' Wheddon left, the book would resume a normal monthly release schedual. To be honest, i'm also enjoying X-Men legacy quite a bit at the moment too. It's good to get caught up on the non-active members.

There is an upcomming mini-series featuring the New Mutants. If memory serves, the Variant Covers are by alex Ross & The first issue cover is being released as a poster too.

Just a note pushing my own agenda here - Anyone left who's considering Voting for Excalibur: I'm noticing winning numbers are in the 'Nightcrawler' roster, rather than the 'Meggan' roster. Meggan is the 'Thunderbird' character. If she doesn't get made in this kind of a box-set, then chances are she wont be made at all. We've had nightcrawler available twice so far (GSXM & Target 2-packs). Plus, his popularity is likely to see him get made again sometime in the future. This is a chance to request a unique chacter who would normally not be able to compete against the army of SpiderMen, Wolverines, IronMen & Hulks. Lets try to make a totally original box-set here like the Defenders set. Besides, Cap B needs his Gal-Pal. *Vote #1 Meggan* *Meggan for President*

I believe they have a shared history in Madripoor - but i haven't read the story myself. I think it's more a case of Psylocke being due for a MiniMate, but AA/DST wanting to make the most of the hype surrounding the upcomming 'X-Men Origins: Wolverine' film.

Why do you refer to her as Hound? If we HAVE to get a Rachel I would most want her as the Hound. Reminds me of the old days when X-Men was readable. Not a fan of the X-Books these days? I have to admit, at the moment i think the best read out of the X-Men is X-Factor. . . possibly because it's the only title that doesn't rely on Wolverine to boost ti's sales.
