Wow. This is awesome news to wake up to. The fact that we are getting such often-requested villains along with the interchangability of the uniforms makes this a dream wave for me. Throw in the fact that I'm predominantly an X-fan and I'm feeling pretty spoilt right now. Time to retire some of my really early customs. I will probably stick a little sculpt on the top of Destiny's head. I think I'll have plenty of spares because I'm a little scared at the thought of how many of these I may actually buy. Fewer X-Men mates and more movie mates next year means less buying for me too. To be expected, and my wallet may thank me but it makes me a little sad.

I wish they had just gone with her Age of X uniform to be honest, or something similar. Here's my latest set of completed commission customs, a mixture of DC and Marvel. Poison Ivy: Mera: Age of Apocalypse Forge: Age of Apocalypse Strong Guy: Age of Apocalypse Sunspot: Finally, I made another Brother Warth with a slightly darker blue shade than my last one.

Thanks guys. I am really enjoying having some time to work on customs at the minute. When finished, the Age of X batch will be the largest group I have produced. @Dave: Thanks! For Dazzler I used a FC Emma head and I think I put together some Thor forearms and flesh shoulders. Her hair started as ASM Curt Connors with the front sculpted. Frenzy has a Michonne head and Menace gauntlets. Her hair is sculpted too. The rest of the details are just paint and decals. If you would like the decals PM me and I will send them on to you. I usually make them in Adobe before moving them to Microsoft Publisher.

Nice work. Seeing these makes me think I would actually like the Hydra Supers to be released. Perfect colour choices.

Whatever the line-up ends up being, I haven't looked forward to a wave this much for what seems like a long time. I don't collect any movie mates so this year has been pretty lean for me. I'm with Nessex, very excited that there are 4 females, especially as TRU 19 doesn't have any. If youbastards is right then it would be a dream set for me. Must be patient!!!

Hey everyone, thanks for the comments on my Age Of X customs. Am trying to get a few more done and have Dazzler, Colossus, Storm, Namor, Jubilee, Warpath, Pixie, Cannonball and Tempo gathering dust somewhere on the bench. Seems a long time since my last update, was going through a bit of a minimates lull but the speculation of Wave 60 and TRU 19 has got my interest going again. I haven't had much time to work on my own customs but I have been working on a couple of commission sets recently. Darkseid has a Supergirl skirt and modified Thing/slipover head piece. The Manhunter Robots are based on an animated look. Sentinel parts and modified Box slipover chest. Doomsday is just a bulked up body with lots of sculpt. Mongul is also based on an animated version. Modified slipover head piece. and sculpt. These were all quite a challenge, Doomsday especially. He has lost some articulation due the sheer amount of sculpt on him. I forgot to take a picture of his back but will upload one at some point.

@emperorshotz: Thanks for posting pictures of the A-Next set. They are much better quality than my own, photography is not one of my strong points unfortunately! Thanks for the comments everyone. I had a lot of fun making the A-Next set. So, I have been able over the last week or so to get back to some customs of my own. Some of these have been in the work-in-progress bin for ages. Madame Masque is similar to others I have seen posted on here such as jboogie's. Nova head, White Tiger hair. I have been working on some more Age Of X customs to go with my Force Warriors. I retired my New Mutant customs and used some of the parts to work on these. Here are Moonstar's Cadre. Moonstar has Shaman hair, X-23 head and a Lara Croft shoulder strap. Eclipse (Sunspot) was portrayed slightly differently depending on the artist during the storyline, so my custom is a combination of those. I used my old Sunspot arms with the energy dots. I may make a face decal so he is fully in energy-form. Karma is simply paint, original head and a FF Sue leg. Cypher is merged with Warlock in this reality, so I used his original head. Some kind of Captain America hair, I think. Magma has FC Emma hair and movie Viper head. Dust has an Elektra head. Her shawl is a modified reversed SF Ken jacket piece and she has Cloak's hood piece. I hope to have more Age Of X customs completed soon, I really enjoyed making this team after having a little bit of a minmates lull. Thanks for looking!

The new batch really are incredible. It's hard to pick a favourite but I really like your rework of the White Queen, and the FF are awesome too. I always look forward to your updates.

Speedy looks great. Although the yellow was probably a pain it was worth it for the brightness.

I have also thought about U-Foes customs, but have never made a start. Yours look fantastic. I was looking through your thread the other day and hoping for an update. Your paint skills are incredible.

Luke is always accommodating when it comes to holding piles of loot and combining orders. As an international customer, that makes a huge difference in shipping costs. My collection would be a lot smaller and more expensive without him. Thanks Luke!

I have had some freezing issues on the Xbox 360 also. I hit 100% today! Really enjoyed this game, despite a few glitches and some incredibly annoying races.

Thanks for the comments! @Nessex: I'm not sure if I will be making any more of the team. Thunderstrike had been mentioned as a possibility but I will know more when these make it to their destination. I used some Battlestar Galactica overalls as the basis for J2's kilt and then added some sculpt.
