Lobsterman
I know there are a couple guys on the board who are really into the vintage 1940s heroes... I thought this might be of interest: Amazing Heroes Looks like they'd fit right in with a Super Powers collection.
Nervous Rex
Already got my pledge in, this is the first kickstarter I've been involved with.
Lobsterman
Nerv, these are different guys than the group you spoke with in Chicago, right? I remember those being more like stylized vinyl figures. Man, it's a renaissance for golden age comic characters, huh?
Glantern
must...have...Daredevil...

I remember those being more like stylized vinyl figures. Man, it's a renaissance for golden age comic characters, huh? Yep, these are pretty much the same style as the marvel secret wars figures. I love this style, and to go somewhat offtrack, i found a small tin of my old personal figures at my mom's house a few weeks ago while cleaning it out. The wolverine i got, which was in the tin, was my very first exposure to the character, and was overjoyed to find him. there are only a few toys where i remember exactly when and where i was when i got them, and wolverine was one of them. it was at my grandmom's sitting at her kitchen table, which is now going to be at my house, (ironically enough) full circle i guess, lol

Nervous Rex
black terror and daredevil for me only my second kickstarter hopefully i get these figures...blah blah blah That's what I went with as well. I'd love if DST took a shot on some of these guys, it would definitely fill the void that DC has left :-(
Nessex
am i right in assuming that these characters are all out of copyright? Could DST potentially make minimates of these characters?
MiniFiend UK
yep public domain characters. If you can get the Dynamite Comics Project Superpowers comics they use these guys and alot more in there. I would guess that's what's peaked ppls interest in these characters the last few years. hellpop
A lot of these guys also appeared in Alan Moore's Tom Strong spinoff Terra Obscura, which predates Project: Superpowers by a few years. But yes, DST could make Minimates of them, but unfortunately I doubt they will.
