I don't see why everyone is acting like lil' bitches about more Minimates? Look, the brand has to diversify to continue to grow. We all grew up eating these little guys' cereal, and they are a refreshing changeup from the really super wack Minimates that we have seen and bought. Reason not to hate 1 - Darkstalkers?? Never heard of it. Reason not to hate 2 - BSG was a wack show. Period. Reason not to hate 3 - Mariko, Gwen Stacey, Beast (is that a boustiea?), etc. Reason not to hate 4 - 2" Hulk, Thing and Juggernaut??? Yet, I own them all... All I am saying is, if you are on this thread, you should be happy that MINIMATES is expanding. If you only like certain liscences, I understand, but the Minimate Multiverse is an area of praise for ALL Minimates! Don't be Minimate racists. Love all types of minimates. They are all plastic underneath the paint... Preach! WW4M

Yeah, but the DCD versions look much better with the rest of your collection. Also, the more obscure they get, the better. Those characters need some love too. As long as they actually count for something. No one issue villians please. I was just on AFX and they have BSG wave 2 shipping in 1 week, and have Marvel wave 17 and 18 in October???????? Am I last to get this news, or can anyone confirm this? WW4M

*cough* Avengers wave! *cough* T. TBT, I'll hold you back... Don't unleash on him, he just has a wrong opinion. Gosh, the rest of this forum must not know what TBT could do! He can type you into the minimate multiverse gravesite if you are not careful. Beware of one they call...TBT! Look, be happy, TBT is right. Plenty more new mates will be coming around. They (DST) are widening the brand in an effort to reach more consumers, to ultimately make more money, which is, the core ideal in any business. People always have something to say about that which they do not understand or they fear. It is all good, new mates will come down the pipeline. But I will blow DST up (figuratively, not literally) if they make another crappy Thing minimate. WW4M

Fantastic note here. I could not agree more. I can relate this to women as well. The chase is everything. Because once you've got it, then she starts nagging, and she looks less cute than she originally was, etc. etc. etc. Next thing you know you have 2 kids by the broad, and you hate her guts. You spend all of your free time thinking about chasing all the cuter, younger versions of your girl. Yes. I have issues. WW4M P.S. I am so extremely pleased with the style and quality of the DC line. I wish marvel would take notes, and step their game up. This is just my opinion.

Dude, My LCS pulled wave 4 out of the case, and mismarked it $4.49 a two-pack!!!!!!!! I bought 2 sets and scooped the Spidey boxed set for $20. I got the hook up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Eat your heart out !!!!!! WW4M!

Fujis, I bought the Testor's enamel paint kit from Michaels. It came with that gold. I agee it looks really good. I used Krylon spray primer first before I painted it. P.S. I lied just now... OK, my girlfriend has been nagging me about the whole, "you are a grown man painting toys, blah, blah...". So, I got her to help me on 1 custom, and now she is all in it! She painted it, and I am now less of a man for sharing this... WW4M

Fujis, Thecow55 is my older brother. He is the dude that got me started on this crazy adventure through Minimate land. Anyways, I live in Atlanta, but I have 15 stores in the Southeast and Midwest. We had that bitchin' Ecko case (it locks, and has all real wood around the base, not pictured. There is also a locking storage cabinet at the bottom.) and we finished using it at my store in Louisville (thecow55's stomping ground). Anyways, I wanted to take it, but I don't have a pickup truck, and that case is real wood! That means heavy! So, I had to be the awesome guy that I am and let him come get it. Now I just get jealous when I come to visit, because my mate collection is on bookcase shelves, which is not as nice as the designer case. I have yet to find an adequate case for my little guys (all 400 +). I still have way more mates than thecow55 does, so it's all good. If I had another case, I would love to swing it your way, but there is no more. But, if I ever come across another one...it's yours. WW4M
